I had purchased my road bike from another local shop and was having fit issues. The other shop did not take me seriously. The guy basically told me any bike would be uncomfortable for me since I am quite a bit larger than the average cyclist. When the mileages tracker on my bike stopped working, I decided to try another shop. Not only were they able to fix it, they adjusted my bike to fit better and showed me the proper way to get on and off my bike. Since then, this is the only place I've purchased any of my cycling gear and had our bikes tuned up. I also went to Bike Outlet to get bikes for my 8 and 10 year olds. They were so great with the kids and did an amazing job making them feel comfortable, find the right bike and helmets that fit.

The owner is a super nice guy, he was honest about what he could and couldn't do on this particular Friday afternoon and what would have to wait until next Monday.
