I am one of those girls who always has a bad experience at salons but not this time…read more Shanna was my stylist and not only is she incredibly sweet, she listened to all of my concerns, my past hair history and scary experiences, did exactly what I wanted and then some, I left feeling confident that I can trust someone with my hair!!!! I have super long hair and most people chop away until they're satisfied, or tug and pull and destroy it with heat and lack of care and she didn't. Just amazing! I didn't have any makeup when I went in today and when I left I went to the gas station and I got so many compliments about how pretty I looked and I knew it was because Shanna turned me into a goddess! I even have had reactions to dye before so she even did a test on me so we can know if I am allergic to the color before I get my hair done before my wedding. I know that…read moresounds extreme but I have given these people 5 chances too many ONLY because my normal place is booked the week I need my nails done. Today was my absolute last straw. I know they can get busy so I booked an appointment. I showed up 40 minutes before my appointment. Got seated maybe 20 minutes prior, which was nice. I got the basic pedicure and kid you not was waiting there for over an hour and then some with cold towels on my feet while literally everyone is getting serviced. I left in tears because genuinely as a woman who doesn't always pour into her own cup, when you take the effort to and feel humiliated it makes you want to never try again. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience here but it will be the last and I have never made a yelp review before this one so let it speak for itself. It's a bunch of young women straight out of nail school (some I wonder how they passed) and many of their first jobs as nail techs. It's so hit or miss if you get a girl who knows what she's doing but regardless you're expected to pay the same price. I will say some of the girls here are absolute sweethearts but others are terribly rude.
