Their dosa had the perfect crisp on the ends, and then this chewy texture in other parts - in case you don't know what dosa is, it's a thin crepe made from a batter of rice and black lentils (thx Google). My dosa came w/ a lentil & vegetable stew that was perfect for dipping my dosa, and a green chutney that had a slight kick - also perfect for dipping. Both sauces were tasty! MANGO LASSI - $2.99 I also ordered this drink to accompany my dosa - it tasted fresh and it was quite thick. I don't have a good benchmark of mango lassi so I don't know how it compares - it wasn't overly sweet but I still enjoyed it. Next time I'd like to try one of their samosas - and indulge in one of their other dosas. I did notice a sugar cane machine at the front of the store - so I'd like to try that too.
