The owner is more than accommodating and gave me an extension on when I could turn in the stuff I rented. I really appreciated this and can't thank them enough. They said it wasn't allowed so my options are to cancel with no refund or to have a tent come on a day I don't need it. They said it's in their contract. Worst customer service.
