    First off, what an amazing store. I came in today for an office chair. Ended up leaving with one,…read morefull warranty (which actually saved me money), and assembly. Typically it takes 24-48 hours for your item(s) to be assembled. I explained that I am a student and that assembling it would save me time, however I was anxious to get it. I was able to come back within 2 hours of my purchase (completely unexpected). Nancy, who I'm assuming is the store manager, was nothing short of amazing. Her and the rest of the crew are really going the extra mile with their customer service. Seems simple, but as I was waiting in line, back to back customers had complaints about items, not wanting to listen to the warranty pitch (which trust me, no one ever wants to, but it's mandatory for them) overall putting the employees in a difficult situation. Yes I get it people, they get paid to do so. But if you ask me or anyone else who's worked in customer service, no one get paid enough to have their days ruined over minuscule things and adults who want to act like children. That being said, It's not easy to smile especially after the encounters before me. But these guys were awesome! Thanks again Nancy and Crew!

I'm talking like simply "are we through?" He has an attitude! The older gentleman who sometimes works Amazon is great, but unfortunately, I always get this guy. Thus, I will now be taking returns to Whole Foods or Kohl's, so I no longer have to deal with his surliness. Perhaps learning some customer service skills would help.

    As the branch nearest me did not have notary services in the morning, I went to this one. There was…read morean older lady ahead of me with multiple documents who definitely needed some help navigating the process, to the point of calling someone at home with questions. Miguel was patient and courteous with her. When it was my turn it was a breeze in comparison. Miguel was efficient and thorough and a pleasure to work with.

They actually derided an elderly couple (80+ years old) to their face, and then talked out loud in front of other customers trying to justify their position, "cant believe these people come in not knowing how the notary process doesnt work." They appeared to intentionally make the folks feel dumb and incompetent. It was a direct verbal attack and totally awkward for my group, and the others in the store. When helping me with notary work, Miguel was obnoxious and aggressive with another customer we were with. I had to tell him to calm down, and that we are all just trying to get documents notarized. The air of superiority from these two notaries was incredible, and their rude, aggressive approach to customer service has been documented several times on yelp in the past. It was a disgrace to UPS. To the business owner: please check your cameras to review their behavior and take corrective action to prevent others from having to go through that. Find someone to work there that treats all people with respect.
