Visit 1: I have been to this place multiple times and I can't recommend it enough. They've been great, professional, fixed my product quickly and efficiently, provided all relevant information, and offered competitive rates. Visit 2: I was very enthusiastic about ClickAway when I've gotten fixes in the past. I got my phone repaired for a broken back and a camera that was often have issues with being out of focus. The person questioned which I was using the phone correctly which I found sort of insulting. They then repaired my camera but upon replacing my camera, my flash no longer worked. I can't speak more highly of the service at Click Away, and in particular from Lawrence. I had been a teacher for 30 years and had tech-support in my district. When I bought a new laptop I thought it would be easy to transfer the data from my old one to my new one, but no. I tried to move the data at the Apple Store when I bought the laptop, but after about four hours and a lot of tears, I took the computer and came home. A friend of mine directed me to Lawrence at Click Away. Lawrence was incredibly patient even though I kept bursting into tears in front of the store (I had a lot on my plate and this was just one more thing than I could handle). He patiently reassured me that he could fix the problem and it would not cost me too much and he took my computer for a couple days. As it turned out, all of my data was so tied up in my old school district's system that it took major effort for Lawrence to untangle it and get it moved to the new computer.
