Once I saw that they said no to an all over color I opted out of getting cut as I originally wanted. i feel I could have just done my roots at home and saved myself the money. I said I didn't want black and they didnt try at all to go lighter I feel my hair is still dark if not darker. on top of that I was left with dye all over my forehead lol. I really just wanted to leave at that point so I also opted out of the blow dry. So disappointed, had been 6 months since I did my hair and was looking forward to it. I am sure they do great work, but not sure working with dark hair is their strong point.

It's airy and glamorous. It is never too loud or too crowded but always friendly stylists there to greet you. Justina is a pro. Not only is she genuinely a great person, always up on your life and great conversation, she's incredibly talented hair stylist. I followed her to this location by no mistake. It was very important to keep her as her work is unmatched. I've also had my hair cut by Joanna, who also works here. This was when I was crunched for time and Justina had no availability. I did not leave disappointed! The talent is endless at this salon. It's really a lovely experience and I refuse to go anywhere else. You don't get the catty nature of other salons, it's really so very pleasant. I've had, caramel, blonde, and even silver/titanium hair done beautifully by Justina. The woman cutting my hair explained the way my cowlicks were and to what extent I should cut my bangs for quick easy ready styling. She listened to exactly what it was I was looking for and then applied her knowledge in a conversation to reach a conclusion that would best suit me PRIOR to starting the cut. They show you before each cut to make sure the length they are taking off is correct and they will not get "scissor happy". Anytime they are going to take more off than you anticipate, it will not be done with out communicating to you prior. I have been going to a top notch salon my entire life and moved 45 minutes away from it. I needed a good cut and quick. I read the other reviews and figured I would give this place a go... Sorry $100 hair cuts... you've been officially replaced! I have been recommending this place to everyone that has complimented my beautiful layers and just in regular conversation. TRY THIS SALON! My hair is pretty heavy and thick and when I was younger, stylists would always comment on how much hair I had and that is was so hard to cut....when you're 10, that's not the greatest thing to hear. Or, hairstylists would style it in a way I did not ask for. When I met Judit, honestly my life changed. She cuts my hair and styles it the way I ask. Never ever gave me one complaint. I have been a loyal customer (for lashes) for 7 years…read more Friday I went in for lashes and a hair cut/style. The lash appointment wasn't the best because Jen kept leaving me on the table to go take care of other customers. After 2 hours it was finally my turn to get washed. I showed Richard the hair style I wanted- TWICE- and Jen spoke to him about it then asked how short I wanted my hair. That's when I got concerned because the hair style is for long hair, which I already have. My hair goes past my mid back. I told her SEVERAL TIMES "Do not touch the length. I love my long hair" Richard starts cutting and then flips my hair past my shoulders and I see no hair..... it's all gone. Easily 5-6 inches chopped off. Jen smiles and said "We only took off an inch" I wanted to scream, cry, vomit- it took me so long to get my hair to the length I wanted it to be at and they ruined it. They ruined it the day before my baby shower. Which Jen knew was the very next day. I told her I didn't want the length touched and all she said was "It was necessary" just ADMIT that your husband messed up big time. Admit that you said something to him that made him cut off my hair. You threw away a 7 year loyal customer over what you thought was "necessary" Well it's now necessary for me to take my business elsewhere. Also look at the other reviews and what do they all have in common? SHORT HAIR. Richard only knows how to cut short hair. She's really quick with application, yet meticulous and I'm always happy with my lashes afterwards. They also last longer for me (almost a month) compared to when I get lashes done at other places. They have a new credit card payment system now, so you can save a few bucks if you pay in cash (I believe it's around 3%).
