I called Rich and was honestly very nervous about this place. I hadn't seen a lot of reviews, I didn't know anybody that went but the reviews I saw were all so positive that I decided to give it a chance and I'm SO glad that I did! Right when I walked it, he greeted me and made me feel so comfortable. He was able to give me the exact haircut I wanted and I continued going to him for a few months. Parking was metered and easily accessible. I was greeted with a masked receptionist who took my temperature and got me ready for blow out appointment. Washed my hair in back sink and then took me to first chair for blowout. Shane was my stylist and made my hair look amazing. I never leave bad reviews but this was by far the worst experience I've had at a hair salon. I came…read morein with a picture and said I would like an ombre/balyage. What I got was something completely different and I spent 5 hours there. When I was put under the hair dryer (with bleach in my hair), Liz started working with another client and I was sitting there for over an hour. I was not happy at all so I told her I didn't like it and she told me it was what I asked for. I told her the picture is an ombre and she told me thats what I had. I explained an ombre or balyage on my hair would go black to brown to blonde. My hair went straight black to blonde with no blonde and explained she gave me highlights more than an ombre. She told me to come in the following week (4 days later) and I did. She explained to me that most people want what I got so she assumed that's what I meant. I have spots in my hair and it looked like I had gotten my hair died blonde and my black roots grew in. I explained that I wanted to look more natural and she placed brown hair dye in between the black and blonde. However, now I just have a line from brown to blonde instead of it looking cohesive. I called about a week out and was able to make an appt with Yoly for a cut & color. She did a great job, I absolutely LOVED how my hair turned out. She was super nice and made sure I was happy with my hair before I left. While I was there, I saw their makeup/hair stylist Erica doing someone's makeup and it looked amazing so I asked Michele, the owner if Erica might be available to do my hair and makeup for a wedding I was going to and she was so we scheduled the appt. Fast forward to this past weekend, I had my appt with Erica for my hair and makeup and I seriously could not be happier with the final product. I got SO many compliments all night. Erica was so sweet and worked so fast which I loved! I was there for about an hour and 15 minutes total. I will definitely be using Erica again for future events. She recommended I don't go with the highlights and only do color correction since I colored my hair jet black with box die. Lol don't judge me I have no time for hair maintenance. Anyway Erica worked for hours to correct the mess and cover my grays . I have to say she did an amazing job.
