My issue is here is there was a spot on my boyfriend's jacket which I would have liked if they had pointed out that they could not get it out? It leads me to believe either they didn't do what they are in business to do, clean, or they should put into practice placing a sticker to let clients know they could not remove it. I have been patronizing this dry cleaners for sometime now. The people are nice enough but other than delivery service - which is huge- it is not great. I had them ruin a California king comforter- shredded! How it got bagged and not brought to my attention really disappointed me. I did not ask them to replace it as it was about 4-5 years old- but it was one of my favorites that I had taken great care of. I just didn't want to fuss over price. Etc. I was about finished using them but tried them again- high prices and lost/ didn't tag an item? I honestly had forgotten about too but they should have been able to call me- I have no plans on returning - too many in town that do as good or better so unless you have to have deliver it is not a store I'd recommend personally. read more

I droop of 7 pieces of clothes for alteration I was charge 190 to get some skits in I pick up the items an it wasn't done When I called that I'm not dealing with them again I wanted my refund well the owner not in . This is the second time that happens I will never go back to them again . They told me to go back on Monday let see what story they have them . Thank god I paid with a credit card . So if they don't do something about it I will call the credit card and tell them the service was not done correctly an see what they will do . So let see what they tell me on Monday . I would understand one but none were done correctly I can bottom the skits an remove them without on bottom or unzipped . Highly recommend Touch of Class!! I contacted them about removing 22 year old stains from my daughter's flower girl dress so our granddaughter could wear it in our daughters wedding.Of course, there was a time crunch and I needed it by the next day but also needed to know if the stains couldn't be removed so we could find her a new dress. They were so accommodating, called me 30 minutes after I dropped off the dress to let us know they got every stain out and it would be ready by the following day! The dress looked BRAND NEW! Used Touch of Class for my first dry cleaning experience and I was nervous. They did a wonderful job. I even had a shirt I needed fixed and they did that with no issues. Less than $25 for two silk shirts and a repair. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my dry cleaning needs. read more

Very disappointed with the service. An article of my clothing was lost and they would take no action or offer any apology. When it was discovered missing I went back and they claimed it was never dropped off, but they would look for it. Second time back they checked their computer again and stated it was never dropped off. Third communication - mysteriously, this time the computer showed it was dropped off and picked up, so they had no responsibility for it. Isn't that something? Beware - my experience has been that I wouldn't get a claim ticket unless I asked for it. If you go there (but I recommend you do not) make sure you get a ticket and all of your items are on it. Even then, if something is lost, they may just tell you what they told me. read more
