She then said "oh this is ok, He'll know what to do with it". Took about 3 days. I picked it up & it's beautiful! No clumps. Fluffy , so nice. The price was right as well. So I dropped off 12 shirts to be dry cleaned hoping that they would do a good job and they would become my new cleaners. I picked up my shirts with no comment from the person working the counter. I placed the shirts in my closet and it was some time before I started to use them. As I started to take the shirts out of the plastic bags, I noticed that one of the shirts had a paper tag on the hanger which apologized for not being able to remove the stain on my shirt without possibly ruining it. I inspected the shirt and found a long yellowish stain just below the shirts front pocket. I looked at the other shirts that I had brought in and another one had a similar tag. The other shirt had a large round yellow stain in the front of the shirt towards the bottom. It would've been understandable had I brought the shirts in with these yellow stains. I would have mentioned to the cleaners that there were stains on the shirts that needed to be pre-treated. All of the shirts that I brought in had no stains on them when I dropped them off to be dry cleaned. Since the tag said that they tried their best to remove the stands, I figured I had no way to have the shirts redone to see if they could try to remove the stains. So I am giving them a bad review for a couple of reasons. The first being that they didn't even mention to me when I picked up my shirts that there were stains they couldn't remove and I would've discussed it with them, and secondly since I didn't have shirts with stains on them originally, I can't trust their dry cleaning. I will now have to find a different cleaners.

In this last visit, I needed a pair of pants hemmed and they were able to accomplish the task with no fuss or dely. The time quoted for completion was when the pants were ready and the job was done exactly as requested. The price for a pair of pants to be hemmed was, unfortunately, high but that is also the norm everywhere you call for alterations. $16 in my case so just be aware that the cost to alter might be on par with the cost of a new pair of jeans ($22). In any case, I would use them again for cleaning and for alterations. Big, shared parking lot in front.

One -- an ordinary school-style blouse -- was more than double the cost. No special fabric, no special handling. The explanation given was that it cost more because it was a "girl shirt." That's not a reasonable or transparent pricing policy. Add undisclosed environmental fees and multi-day turnaround times, and the experience starts to feel like a moving target rather than a service. Prices continue to rise, but communication and reliability continue to fall. This place used to earn repeat business on consistency. I'd welcome a clear explanation from management about pricing standards and why customers aren't told about added fees upfront.

Update to My Previous Review…read more This is an update to my original review. Adding insult to injury, the owner's public response confirmed exactly why I chose not to return. Rather than acknowledging that customers can have legitimate concerns, his response was dismissive, defensive, and, in my opinion, unnecessarily demeaning. To address one point specifically: the owner states they "certainly cannot shrink a shirt because we do not put shirts in a dryer." That completely misses what I described. My shirts came back uneven after cleaning and pressing, with one side noticeably shorter than the other. Garments can become distorted during the dry-cleaning and finishing process through heat, chemicals, pressing, or handling--not just by being put in a dryer. The issue wasn't simply "shrinkage"; it was that the shirts no longer fit or hung correctly after being serviced. Instead of considering that something may have gone wrong, the owner chose to suggest that I was mistaken or confusing his business with another cleaner. That response speaks volumes about how customer concerns are handled. No business is perfect. Mistakes happen. What separates great businesses from average ones is how they respond when a customer raises a concern. A simple acknowledgment or willingness to investigate would have gone much further than attempting to discredit my experience. With so many excellent dry cleaners in the area, customer service matters as much as the quality of the cleaning. Based on both my experience and the owner's response, I cannot recommend this business.
