Once I was briefly separated from my daughter, the technician approached her privately and tried to recruit her into what can only be described as a pyramid scheme. My daughter is a beautiful, innocent young woman, and she was completely unprepared to handle that kind of pressure. As a parent, I felt deeply uncomfortable -- the situation had undertones that were not only predatory but alarmingly close to what I would associate with grooming or trafficking tactics. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and dangerous. Needless to say, we will *not* be returning, and I strongly urge others -- especially those bringing young women -- to exercise extreme caution. If management is unaware of this behavior, I hope this serves as a wake-up call. And if they *are* aware, then this place has no business operating.

They had their daughters helping out which really helped since they spoke English fluently, it helped both the client and the staff so there was no confusion. Their daughters are so sweet and smart. This will definitely be my spot because the other shops in town are a definite no for me. I'm not even taking the risk.

About half the time I receive the full 10 minutes, and the other half it feels closer to 6 to 8 minutes. I realize that may sound minor, but when something is specifically advertised, I expect it to be consistent. It is less about the time itself and more about the expectation that is set. I appreciated that this place took the risk and still served the public. For that reason I remembered them and came back today. My visit this time was for a gel manicure. I wanted a change of pace so I drove south to Visalia this time around. The place itself has a home feeling and the hospitality is incredible. My nails are cutesy and the amount of time spent with cleaning cuticles, filing, polishing, and massaging was stellar. I never felt like they just wanted to rush me out the door. I got the Royal Pedicure and skipped the callus removal, so they kindly deducted $5 and gave me extra massage time instead, which I loved. They have great massage chairs too! Hanh (pronounced "Hon," like Han Solo ) did my pedicure and was so friendly, professional, and attentive. The whole salon had a welcoming vibe and everyone communicated really well. They quoted me a short wait and I was seated in about 15 minutes, even with only three technicians working and all of them busy. I went on a Sunday just before noon and had a great experience overall. Definitely worth the visit!
