She greeted me and I sat down and waited for my turn. My eyebrows were a bit uneven, left one was thicker than the right. I've only had them over plucked and then I remembered why I only usually see Sita or wait for her on her days at two of the other locations. When I walked into the Chico Brow Bar Stephanie consulted with me on the shape I was looking for ( which was mostly to enhance my natural shape). She mapped out the shape to make sure that everything was even and balanced and once we agreed on a shape Stephanie began the process. When I was able to check out my brows in the mirror I was blown away by how gorgeous and natural the looked. Stephanie is a true artist and this is clear in her line work. I requested a brow lamination with brow shaping. I've had my brows laminated before and this time the result came out very different than any other lamination I've had before. The brow shape was sloppy and had to be corrected by another salon. The employees talked and gossiped with each other throughout the treatment which made the experience uncomfortable. No one introduced themselves. The whole experience was expensive and disappointing.
