She greeted me and I sat down and waited for my turn. My eyebrows were a bit uneven, left one was thicker than the right. I've only had them over plucked and then I remembered why I only usually see Sita or wait for her on her days at two of the other locations. I don't want to bash on the lady that was here, but I'll let my brows grow back a bit and go back to my usual lady. Also, I was charged more than their posted price in the window.

When I walked into the Chico Brow Bar Stephanie consulted with me on the shape I was looking for ( which was mostly to enhance my natural shape). She mapped out the shape to make sure that everything was even and balanced and once we agreed on a shape Stephanie began the process. When I was able to check out my brows in the mirror I was blown away by how gorgeous and natural the looked. Stephanie is a true artist and this is clear in her line work. I requested a brow lamination with brow shaping. I've had my brows laminated before and this time the result came out very different than any other lamination I've had before.
