While being proud of their own accomplishments, I noticed several students introducing their families to the instructor and thanking her wholeheartedly for the past week. I even saw tears being shed by some students, and yes my son was one of them. I highly recommend this business, and any class/course Jodie has to offer. Less than ten minutes later I got a call from one of the friendly repair people, Kyle, saying that he'd had a cancelation and could come right away. He was here within a half hour of my making the initial call! After he'd started tinkering with the washer I recalled that the water had been turned off where I lived for maintenance, so likely that was it and there was nothing wrong with the washer. we started renting from the Jordan Creek Juneau Self Storage site back in 2010 when they were first…read morebuilt. when we first started renting the cost of the unit was right around $120.00. we moved out of state so I could go to college and when we came back we moved to Wasilla. when I went to get our things out we found most of our furniture had been ruined by mice. there were droppings and urine over everything. unless it was sealed. we got most of the stuff and were planning another trip to throw stuff out and pick up the few things we left. During the years the prices went up. I understood some of the increases. soon we were over $200. This January they raised the prices to $320. I told them I was surrendering the unit and that they were not to charge my card again. That was four months who, each month I tell them to not charge my card. The only communication I have from them is the owner telling me to call and talk about it. I told him there is nothing to talk about, I refuse to pay that much for storage there anymore. Even after that communication they refuse to stop charging my debit card. I know in Juneau you don't have many choices, they have pretty much bought everyone else out so they can charge what they want, that probably explains the astronomical price increase. Be careful when doing business with them don't use your bank debit card as I did. Use a card with good fraud protection so when they do not stop charging you can stop the charges.

These guys do not understand "Logistics" and completely failed me…read more I worked with Tanya to arrange moving 3 pallets of freight from AML Juneau to a storage unit in Juneau. She assured me that they would be able to move my pallets as soon as they arrived on the barge. Several days after the freight had shown up at AML's dock I called to ask if it had been done. From then on, she refused to take my phone calls. I called 6 more times. She was always "just stepped out" or "back tomorrow" and she never ever called back. Ever. Finally Erica, the receptionist, was able to pass along to me the fact that they weren't going to do it, because their truck was broken. (They apparently couldn't figure out how to rent a truck. It's part of logistics.) At no time did they let me know what was happening. I finally hired World Wide Movers. AML meanwhile is charging me a daily rate to store the freight. That charge of $2,800 is more than the shipping and more than the freight is worth. For the amount of the storage fee, I could have flown to Juneau 1st class and rented a truck myself. I know how. They do not understand Logistics, they will not answer your calls and you'll get stuck holding the bill. Beware!
