DO NOT GO THERE. Staff is very very very poorly trained! They hire anyone! Complete waste of time.

I chose Fyzical because of the distance to the house and because I had driven or walked past it so many times in the past. I am glad I did! I worked with Tom, Danny and April. All were knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Look, if I have to go somewhere 3 times a week for an hour I would like it to be sort of enjoyable. The staff were all very accommodating. If I had to cancel because of the weather, they understood and would try to work a reschedule as soon as possible. It is true, what they say, if you are hurting more after PT than before you went in, you aren't doing it right. Listen to the people here, they know what they are talking about. I did the work there and at home and I am almost back to normal after a short 4 months after surgery! Added bonus! They are within hobbling distance to some of the great places in Blackstone!

I can't believe the improvements in my daily work routine, sure I'm still sore. I wasn't expecting a miracle, still it's a noticeable improvement. Looking forward to the next 4 weeks to see what gains are to be had. Hoping to find surgery isn't needed if I stick to the exercises that I am being given. The hours work with my schedule and I'm very thankful for that rather than taking time off at work. So far I've worked with 3 therapists and all have been extremely helpful in reaching my goals, not the doctors. Mine are much higher. So give them a try..

And…read morewhen I know I'm going to be here for a while this is my favorite place to stop the Buffett Cancer Center. They have such beautiful art and gardens. It's just so nice to forget you're in the hospital sometimes. I was having some testing done a couple of days ago and my Nurse Shamika, and radiology is the best. She was comforting, helpful, calmed my nerves and chatted with me while I was waiting for a quick test. Well not that quick. But she helped make me comfortable, I was able to relax and set my mind at ease. The other gals in radiology were also just as friendly and compassionate as Shamika. Oh, and I added pictures of my favorite cafeteria. If you're ever at this hospital for a long stay or at least a few hours. Stop by and visit the cafeteria on the third floor as you head to the lead Transplant center. The official name of this cafeteria is Nebraska Café. If you get lost, just ask someone for directions.

The doctor was excellent, describing the treatment options in detail and asking for my input. He provided full notes and I could also access everything in the UNMC MyChart app later. After the consult, following appointments with other UNMC centers were arranged quickly and efficiently. Huge, well equipped center. I was happily surprised to see there was a Starbucks within the complex

Sandra 123 Your Street…read moreYour City, ST 12345 (123) 456-7890 Welcome to AZRIAA HEALTHCARE AND NURSING HOMES. We're so glad to have you join the team! This guide is meant to provide team specific information to help you get off to a great and productive start. WHO WE ARE Our mission Our main goal is to provide privacy to a degree that you may not even know who we are. For example; we sometimes allow residents to wear their clothes for a couple, 3 days. It's their choice.. We won't rush in and help with teeth, or other activities of daily living. We feel that is just too nosy and forward. PRODUCT Our product is cheap care for your elderly loved ones. We find that paying staff more and hiring people who just 'care too much' only leads to favoritism. We must provide the same care to each resident. As little as possible. Meetings: We have weekly meetings but usually don't do much unless a client's family member attends. Our job is to reassure families that we are doing a laundry list of tasks we ( just don't do). ONBOARDING TASKLIST Week 1: In week 1 you will learn the most important lesson. Do as little as possible, we want you to always appear busy but loud talk and laughter is encouraged so families hear that we are having fun. Week 2: In Week 2, we want all of our nurses to understand and utilize chemical restraint. This allows aides and nurses to avoid spending extra time learning about de-escalation methods, deep breathing, and walking away. If you care about your loved one, just remember, we will know when it's time for them to leave this earthly home and we will help your loved one transcend. Run from Azria care. If you can't have a granny cam, think about what nursing homes are afraid you 'will' or 'won't see. They gave my mom an antipsychotic, rexulti which made her unresponsive; no eating, no drinking. No sustenance. My mom's POA had clearly stated we did not want my mom on that medication. On the medication she was unresponsive, She was a bit responsive for a couple of days after they took her off but she was dehydrated and without food. She then got covid. Or that's what her chart states. The state substantiated our case. Azria will be seeing a lot of fallout from this negligent and abusive homicide. Don't get me wrong, we are all glad mom is out of there and free from neglect and abuse. Similar situation? Call me at 8167259083. Sandra
