Extremely rude and hard to talk with. I had a simple closing to facilitate and Christen kept talking over me and then when she couldn't hear what I was saying (because she was speaking while I was talking...again), she would say I was "breaking up." I can't believe this company has her as their point person for incoming business calls. Save yourself a headache and use another escrow company. read more

The home buying process can be hectic and it's great to work with someone who guides you through the process. While email was the primary communication, they were also readily available by phone. The only time I needed to meet in person was to sign closing documents. They did a great job of communicating on my behalf and representing me and providing guidance to make sure everything was in order and I was protected. Seller beware. This company gave the proceeds check to my realtor and told her to hold on to it until they email us. They had to get back to their office to do paperwork.... which they said was the norm for them. Even though they had my signature and the keys were given to the buyers. They should inform sellers that this is what is going to happen. We were so disappointed to not be able to get our check. My realtor turned around and just handed the check to me when they left, but still I have to wait for an email in order to cash the proceeds?? That is bullshit and no one should ever have to be told this on the day of their closing after having worked so hard to get there. read more
