Josh, the man who ran the machine went out of his way to get me a warm blanket while I waited a little bit for another staff member to come and get trained on their brand new machine. He also gave me a step by step description of the process once the testing started and even though I have had several prior MRI's, I appreciated him taking the time to treat me as a person. Terry was also great about explaining things and let me chat her up a little bit to ease my anxiety while she started an IV as painlessly as possible. While getting me situated for a breast MRI she took great pains to make sure I was comfortable, making several adjustments until I could relax and be able to still. Terry offered me water before and after the test and found a hair tie to help keep my hair from annoying me too. She made me feel valued. From the people at the front desk, to all of the technicians who run the show here I felt as though they don't just work at a job.
