I would not recommend Touchstone Imaging. I received good service from the individual who did my scan and the results of the scan were readily available for my provider to take next steps. HOWEVER, my claim has still not been processed. I paid them a lot of money to meet my deductible and because of their delinquency in filing my claim, I must continue to pay out of pocket -- as if my deductible had not been met - - for additional services. The billing department does not give you a reference number when you call (the CSR told me that they do not have case/reference numbers) so you have to rely on someone actually documenting your calls in your record. One call I made was not documented, even though this person told me they were escalating my case. I asked to speak to a CSR supervisor and was told I would receive a call back, which I never did. I called the facility to ask about getting help and they told me a claim would take anywhere from 30 to 90 days for resolution. All my other provider claims are filed with my insurer the same day or the day after. There is no way I would ever go back to or recommend Touchstone Imaging. Buyer beware. read more

Being a caregiver for an aging parent is a struggle but it's made a thousand times harder when your father's doctor refers you to Touchstone imaging. We had an MRI appointment at the Colfax site, then a few days before the appointment they called to change the appointment to the Aurora location, which is not easy to get to and much further away. We had our paid caregiver who charges us miles take him to the appointment at the scheduled time and without any warning they canceled our appointment. They then scheduled another appointment with my father (who has dementia) without calling me, (I am his medical POA and the one who set the appointment) to see if the new date would work for us. Needless to say the new day and time didn't work for us and what if they just cancel again? Experiences like this are very frustrating for the patients, caregivers and family members. Appointments especially when they are far away are time and money for everyone involved. When I called to find out what happened after sitting on hold, I was given no explanation, no offer of compensation or anything. I know they would bill us if we were a no show. Do yourself a favor, ask for another referral if your doctor sends you to touchstone! read more

My imaging tech (Steve?) was the nicest person ever. I've had this cough that won't go away since covid, and my doctor wanted me to get a chest X Ray just to rule out anything serious. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I got a text with official results only 3 days later. And look! Touchstone now uses this cool thing that gives you a patient-friendly report and you can click on words you don't know, and it'll define it for you in English or Spanish :D (I hope I'm allowed to post this haha). read more

I was 9 minutes late to an appointment here today. My finger started bleeding on the way, which caused me to pull over and try to stop it from getting all over my clothes and car; hence, I was late. Their radiologist decided that since she had another appointment over an hour later, I was too late to fit in. Interestingly, I came here once before for the same procedure, and the tech was nearly 15 minutes late getting me in. I didn't say a word, till now. I'm elderly, ill and disabled, and it seems medical offices would be a bit understanding, but not this one. I declined the receptionist's offer to reschedule, to which she said, "Should I just cancel you then?" It didn't strike me till later that she may have meant she was canceling my referral, not just the appointment. Great. Have a bit of decency toward old people, you'll be one yourself someday...maybe! read more

I made an appointment specifically at the Aurora location - specifically after the person making the appt assumed I would go downtown and I specifically asked for the Aurora location. And when I get there....they don't have an appointment for me in Aurora. The appointment was at the downtown location- but I could wait for 1.5 hours when they had an opening! . Am I going to trust them with my medical requirements when they can't make an appointment??? I have asked my Dr to make a referral to another company. read more

I came here as I was referred by my doctor for some imaging. I have to say Touchstone made the process pretty painless and quick. I arrived with my paperwork and was greeted warmly by a person at the front desk. She took my paperwork and asked me to complete some documentation for Touchstone. Once I returned the clipboard to her, she greeted me by name and advised that Joe would be coming up to escort me to the back for my imaging. Joe was helpful and patiently explained what "poses" he needed me to do. And I was wearing workout leggings, he took me to a room to put on some swanky shorts. LOL And then I came back and completed the rest of my required imaging. It was quick and painless and I appreciated it. I liked that I could just drop-in on a free day with no appointment and they were able to get me right in. read more

This was a great office. Everyone was nice. The front desk ladies acted like I was worth stopping what they were doing to make sure I was helped. They had a great selection of drinks and even some snacks in the waiting room, made it seem special. Joe was our technician, he was thoughtful and informative. Great experience all around! read more

He made the experience easy and quick, explaining each step, continuing to ask if I had questions and check to be sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Utmost professionalism from the appointment maker, greeting staff, to technicians and doctors. I was informed, allowed to ask any questions, and made comfortable during my testing, and given CT discs right away. Even had to go back another day seeing different people and same quality of service applied. It is nice to be so well taken care of when you are going under the uncertainty of the results of tests. Best location ever! Everyone was so friendly from the front desk to the techs. Joe and the other gentleman tech was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. They made my visit very comfortable. I would give them a negative star rating if I could. I confirmed with the receptionist BEFORE my imaging was done that she had confirmed my imaging was covered by my insurance. I was assured that such was the case AND was further reassured that they did not even take patients unless they were covered by insurance. I then received billing and was told that my insurance did not cover it. I have called Touchstone Imaging almost every business day since February 6 requesting to speak with a decision-maker, and now with an owner. I have received no return calls. Further, I cannot speak with a person. I get full voice-mail Inboxes and am later referred to a message machine. My credit rating is over 800, so I have no problem or ability when paying legitimate bills. read more
