This location was nicer than I expected. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive and explained everything very well. When I went back, she provided me with a warm gown. I liked that they had bird sounds like springtime playing softly in the background. The dressing room was nice and I only had to wait about 2 minutes before the technician took me in. She explained everything and was very gentle and friendly and I left feeling very glad that I had finally gone for another mammogram. I know we all would like to put it off, but if it's a positive experience it makes all the difference!

I refused to ever go back. Hence I switched over to Health Images Woman's Imaging. Front office was helpful and nice and had me brought back very quickly. I didn't have a long wait and the tech was very nice as well. I did explain what had happened to me and she made sure to be extra commutative to make sure I was comfortable but she seemed already great at that. She talked to me whenever making adjustments and made sure I wasn't in any pain. My appointment was over quickly and I walked out feeling so relieved and happy that it went so smoothly. We had an MRI appointment at the Colfax site, then a few days before the appointment they called to change the appointment to the Aurora location, which is not easy to get to and much further away. We had our paid caregiver who charges us miles take him to the appointment at the scheduled time and without any warning they canceled our appointment. They then scheduled another appointment with my father (who has dementia) without calling me, (I am his medical POA and the one who set the appointment) to see if the new date would work for us. Needless to say the new day and time didn't work for us and what if they just cancel again? Experiences like this are very frustrating for the patients, caregivers and family members. Appointments especially when they are far away are time and money for everyone involved. When I called to find out what happened after sitting on hold, I was given no explanation, no offer of compensation or anything. I know they would bill us if we were a no show. Do yourself a favor, ask for another referral if your doctor sends you to touchstone!

From there the directions were clearly marked on the front glass window. Then up the elevator to Suite 290. Inside the Quest Suite is a waiting room with two kiosks for check-in, no receptionist. I suggest checking in thru a link that comes via text from Quest. That's what I did & it was faster. They responded with a confirmation text to have a seat & I would be called soon, no need to check in again with the kiosk. My first name & initial of last name appeared on the TV screen. I was called back after just a few minutes of waiting & was greeted by a friendly Tech who led me back to a private room. It took a little longer than normal to complete my blood draw since my doctor's office faxed lab orders over separately. Not the fault of Quest. The Tech did a great job, I didn't even feel the needle! Overall, this was a good experience!

Horrible horrible crash from being without my (lifelong) antidepressants for a month in spite of many phone calls and pleas. I fired him and found a different clinic. Then he sent me a registered letter telling me he didn't know why I couldn't get my meds, he knew nothing about it. Am I to believe his staff never informed him of my pleas? I will never recommend him or that clinic to anyone needing responsible medical care.
