The office is on the first floor. Easy to locate. Restrooms outside the office. Check in can be done on your phone or in the office. I checked in and then went up to show my ID to prove who I was. There is another sheet to complete and then you go back to the dressing rooms. Got into the exam top. Encouraged to take purse with you as their cabinets do not lock yet. Shown into waiting room. Sat there until was led into imaging room. The imaging assistant was so friendly and personable. She was also very gentle with the machine. Didn't squeeze the life out of me. And she was very good with the hold your breath instructions. After imaging was done, I changed and exited. Not necessary to check out. Easy. And they have a patient portal for all your needs.

The Urologist I met with (for less than 5 minutes) had a terrible bedside manner. Kept on repeating…read morethe word "cancer" numerous times (even though detailed tests weren't conducted yet). Was rushed out the door and had an MRI scheduled and a follow-up appointment with the Urologist. After my MRI was done, thorough notes and images were sent to me by the imaging business and it was concluded I didn't have what was thought I had. So, I canceled my follow-up appointment because I wasn't going to pay money to have the Urologist tell me what I had already read in the MRI notes. After my cancellation, I received 2 calls asking to reschedule the appointment. Seemed a little pushy about rescheduling, which I didn't appreciate. So, I called and talked to their customer center (which is extremely frustrating when you just want to speak with the office directly to get things sorted out). Told the customer care agent I wanted to stop receiving calls from their office and to pass that along. The call dragged on and then I was transferred to an MA and told her why I wasn't planning on rescheduling and that I had wanted them to stop calling me. She had a bit of an attitude about it and then told me she'd pass my request along. Definitely won't be going back there.

I've managed multiple medical practices before and would never condone the behavior I experienced today. Harassing your patients about arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled time when you have an empty waiting room is unwarranted and not the best business model. At least now Simonmed in Parker, CO will have one less patient to worry about.

I had a good experience at this local Castle Rock UCHealth Urgent care this morning. I had a…read moreterrible bout of tension headache/nausea/pain that has lasted for days and wasn't getting better. Due to the extreme pain, it took a lot just to drive myself to the clinic, so I walked into the clinic with no appointment this morning. I was seen within five minutes of checking in. The medical assistant who checked me in asked all of the appropriate questions and took my vitals in a professional manner. Ashley, the PA who treated me, saw me right away and gave me some injectable medicines to make me more comfortable. She patiently listened to my issues and concerns, prescribed some medication to help with my symptoms, and discussed a follow-up plan to resolve my pain. I have to say that Ashley and all of the staff saw me in a timely fashion and handled my issues appropriately and professionally. I don't know why some of the reviews of this clinic were negative on Yelp, as I had a good experience, at least as much as I could while not feeling well. I hope that I won't need to go back to Urgent Care for a while, but if I do, I'd feel comfortable and confident returning to UCHealth in Castle Rock.

Logan was the physicians assistant. He came in and asked me to tell him what was going on which I appreciate. He checked my vitals and examined my ear. Ear infection. Sigh. Sent a prescription and recorded what his advice was. It's a little challenging if you're not used to getting your doctors note online. Ryan sent me a link on text and that helped. It was a good visit and everyone was helpful.

Dr. Deborah Fromm is my primary care physician and is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Currently I have a broken…read morefoot and am under the care of Acute Orthopedics in Lone Tree. As soon as Dr. Fromm received my x-rays from C.R. Adventist Hospital, she contacted me to see how I was doing. Since my injury on December 10th (today is 12/31/2016), Dr. Fromm has been working with me to find pain management strategies, including medication, with the least amount of side effects. This has proven extremely difficult, but she hasn't given up. I may be a medical number to the Orthopedic Physician Assistants in Lone Tree, but I am a valued person to Dr. Fromm! Since the generic Percocet prescribed to me by the hospital and refilled by the Physician's Assistant had horrible side effects, I sincerely appreciate the effort Dr. Fromm has put into finding something I can tolerate! Thank-you, so much!

My son is 4 with speech delay…read moreand we saw Dr. Sheehan and she was so thorough and asked my son lots and lots of questions even though he struggled to answer them but she treated him like she would any other 4 year old who didn't have a speech delay. I felt like she actually cared about him and was a very warm Dr! She made sure we got him an OT referral right away. I wish we had switched insurance and saw her sooner!
