Since…read morethen, my journey has been a challenging one, marked by three major surgeries, dozens of physical therapy sessions at various clinics, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, and many medications. In July 2024, I experienced a severe flare-up, leaving me unable to walk. My orthopedic surgeon couldn't pinpoint the root cause and suggested another fusion surgery on top of high doses of steroids and pain medication. Desperate and in immense pain, I reached out to Lilly PT in mid-September. From my very first interaction with their compassionate team, I had hope. Three months later, I'm back to living life - walking, cooking, hiking, even wearing heels! I'm traveling again, and actively participating in the world. The team at Lilly PT not only provided exceptional care and restored my hope but also empowered me with knowledge about my body and offered unwavering support during the most challenging times. This is a truly unique practice that prioritizes an individualized and holistic approach. My husband and I are eternally grateful for the incredible care, compassion, and encouragement I received. I can confidently say I'm a walking testament to the healing power of the Lilly PT team.

I still go to the clinic, although my needs have evolved over time. Thanks to the expertise of the Lilly clinic practitioners I've been able to heal some issues and have moved on as others have arisen. His surgical skills are outstanding and without question was the most recommended. I had no difficulty at all post op. My surgery was done at Proliance Surgical Center and their staff are the best (not surprised) and Dr. Christal's support staff at the Proliance Orthopedic Center in Edmonds were responsive, friendly and very efficient (again, not surprised). Another very important issue is the thoroughness with which Dr. Christal prepares his patients for surgery. He builds into the process the conscientious attention to detail and in particular his instructions regarding limiting the chance of infection by starting "decolonization" five days before surgery and setting PT goals early were appreciated. His pain management is stellar and I recovered with lightening speed. [My physical therapy was handled by Evergreen Home Health, so see also their yelp review.] I would recommend Dr. Christal to anyone seeking knee surgery. He is by far the best surgeon I've ever had... and he's also a genuinely nice guy who obviously cares about the welfare of his patients. (Feel free to contact me through Yelp)

Working with my primary care facility and…read morephysician at Pacific Medical Center - Shoreline, I was referred to, had Xrays completed and evaluated at Swedish Edmonds Urgent Care that evening. The PA-C seen referred me to Edmonds Orthopedic Center (affiliated with Proliance Surgeons), located also at the Swedish Edmonds medical campus. My initial evaluation was with Michael Lee, MD on 2/23/26 where it was determined a MRI was needed to make a definitive diagnosis. This was completed at an affiliate site, North Puget Sound MRI in Mountlake Terrace on 3/6/26. My MRI results and next steps were addressed again with another appointment with Dr. Lee on 3/12/26. The MRI brought to light my current situation and potential future issues to be made aware of. I also received a cortisone steroid shot to help reduce discomfort and inflammation at this visit. My recovery is still ongoing, just thankful no physical therapy and/or surgical intervention are needed at this time. Yes, one has to deal with the wait (blame the insurance and medical care system in the US). Overall, I have been pleased with the professional care provided without the hassles of having to see similar organizations in downtown Seattle. It is much more accessible as a Shoreline resident to be seen at northend sites in Edmonds and Mountlake Terrace. My interactions via phone, online, and onsite have been favorable. Pro tips: Understand that time is needed to have referrals reviewed and approved by one's insurance coverage, especially if there were any policy changes. This does affect scheduling and copays. Exercise your patience, do your due diligence to follow up, ask questions and for clarity to advocate for the best outcome for your care. Give yourself extra time to locate parking, whether on the adjacent street, main parking lot, or parking garage whether you are dropped off or driving yourself. It does get congested and not fun with limited mobility and inclement weather. The common areas like lobby, elevators, and waiting areas are busy so be proactive to wear a mask and/or use hand sanitizer. Complete any online check-in requests prior to your actual onsite appointment. This will streamline your check-in process. Copays can be paid ahead or at the check-in counter. Good luck and hope you have as good an outcome like what I experienced!

my move out experience , I feel it might help others to share my WHOLE two years of living here…read more Move out experience: 1. I received my move out documents and was charged for utilities based on the last months I lived there. I know this because the in house document they sent referred to using figures from Olympic View which has not been the utility meter reading company since I moved in. In the two years I lived there they had an additional two other utility companies. My utility bill the whole two years was an estimate because the company was not reading my meter ( it stated it on the bills). This bill generated by their corporate office also indicates that sewer if determined by the bill they receive and divided by apartments. So, if you are one person regardless of size of apartment , you will be paying the same amount as another apartment that has two, three or even four tenants in it. Over all, their utilities are exorbitant . Expect a utility bill of a minimum of $100 even in a studio. I had essentially moved out the last month and was not staying there and my utility bill for that last month was the same as it was during my whole time there ( $130 per month). They required me to use their professional cleaner or have a professional cleaner come in EVEN if my I cleaned the apartment beyond how clean it was not when I moved in. Rather than argue, I just left the refrigerator for them to clean and paid the $305 . This is not allowed per the new laws based in 2023. While I lived there I experienced the following and the compilation of all these factors is why I moved: Dogs off leash inside and outside Studio and one bedroom apartments having 3 and 4 tenants . Numerous DV and drug related calls to police . Police do not have emergency access to building. Fire department has not been given phone numbers for management. ( several doors had to be broken into for help to be given). Not all outside doors are key fobbed. The basement garage door had the lock taken off and anyone can access the lobby thru that door and elevator. Requests from numerous tenants were made to address this. Because of this lapse, our package room was broken into. If you come into the lobby at off times, potentially you could encounter danger. The parking lot has had numerous break ins. And this is somewhat normal , there was more criminal elements around the property as the years went on. I lived with a wall next to the BBQ and dealt with BBQ fumes for the full two years I lived there and they only addressed it when the manager decided to move into my apartment. They are not diligent at addressing tenants who smoke or vape . And recommended that they use Fabreeze plug ins turned up to the highest setting to mask any of these fumes. If you are sensitive to either of these, this is not a good choice to live. If you like to leave your windows open, you will have to deal with your neighbors fabreeze, the trucks delivering all night, the increased traffic on Edmonds way. Your rent will always go up the full 7% regardless if you are already paying above a newly listed lower apartment of same or if you are already paying market value. Expect those raises every year. They do have a new manager who appears to be trying to remedy issues. However corporate has not had her have regular hours so can't assume she will be in her office . This policy is coming from corporate. ALOT of maintenance concerns that can affect your health were not approved by corporate during my two years there but some have been authorized. The real issues are their corporate structure or lack there of. They lack common systems in place for their managers to run an efficient apartment complex. I wouldn't take a chance moving into this property if you want to stay long term.
