She doesn't care whether you agree with her or not. She could not care less whether you see her or go see someone else. She will refer you to a specialist as soon as you tell her something more than the flu or a cold is in play. Every medication she prescribed to me had strong negative side effects... and I no longer use any of them. On top of that, she only works part time. Socialized medicine is, clearly, a much better suited model of practice for this South American doctor. This doc is overwhelmed and underperforms. I would strongly recommend not seeing this doc unless you are interested in feeling like a number and not an individual. Perhaps a gulag in Siberia would be a better forum for this doc to perform her medical arts skills... or lack there of. UHHS should not be happy with this doc... if anyone there really cares.

I visited Beachwood Family Health & Surgery Center (Cleveland Clinic) on Saturday. Yes, some doctors have Saturday appointments at this location. I frequent the location for my bloodwork, quick Urgent Care visits, and primary care visit. This time, I was very impressed with my experience (not always the case). From the moment I arrived, the facility's welcoming atmosphere and efficient operations stood out. The parking lot offers various options including self-park, parking garage, and valet. Typically, this place doesn't get busy, so it's easy to park. The lobby has check-in kiosks and helpful greeters to navigate you. They're always eager to help if you address them. The lobby also has a lot of greenery which really adds to your experience even if you're sick. The campus is pretty small and easy to navigate. There's helpful signage to indicate parts of the building. It's a much better navigation experience than any other Cleveland Clinic experience. Think of it as a suburban campus that's easily located on Cedar Rd. The center offers a wide range of services, including primary care, specialty services, and an Express Care Clinic for urgent needs. The convenience of having on-site amenities like radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services, and bloodwork is unmatched. With a positive review this time, I'll say that I would highly not recommend visiting their OBGYN department here. I had a very negative experience which made me switch campuses to better care. Overall, my visit to the Beachwood Family Health & Surgery Center was a positive experience. The combination of comprehensive services, dedicated staff, and a patient-focused approach makes it a standout healthcare facility in the area.

Eager and excited to find a well rounded physician, I hung up and rearranged my finances to pay for services. I called back multiple times less than an hour later, no answer. After leaving a voice and text I finally got a call back and was told that Morledge didn't have capacity to see me for at least month and I would need to wait for an appointment just like a normal clinic after paying. $4000 per year to be treated like a normal clinic?!! Insane and frustrating to dump time and money into doing the right thing for health and be met with such apathy and misguided advertising. This clinic is acting like a concierge service but you will a classic clinic experience. Buyer beware.

She is excellent but the…read morepolicies they have in place to provide support in cases where important medication / refills have expired is very poor. I suspect they are overbooking the good providers like Allyson. 6 months ago, i called them because i had 3 days left on my blood pressure medication and sent them a secure message asking if they could give me a few days worth of amlodipine to cover me until I could get in for an appointment. They absolutely refused to help. So I ran out of the medication for a few days until I could get it to see them. Recently I tested positive for covid 19 and called them around 4:15pm to see if I could get a virtual visit and prescription for paxlovid. Despite 3 calls and the UH help desk paging them twice, I never received a call back. Additionally, I sent them 2 messages via the MyChart secure messaging service and I didn't get a reply back to that as well. The concern is that when you really need them in a situation like Covid, they are too busy to get back to you in a timely fashion. Fortunately, I was able to see a CNP at CVS Minute Clinic this morning where I was given a covid antiviral. This is actually the 3rd time they have dropped the ball in this regard so I am done with their group. I will be finding a CNP or PCP elsewhere.

Also I have never had a blood draw that hurt...each time it was painless....I would not go anywhere else for this procedure...It is important to be respectful of the people who work there... and don't be rude to the person putting a needle in your arm :)
