I was seen by a resident intern yesterday who said he would write me a prescription, but the prescription was not called in which happens a lot with this office. After many failed attempts to call the office, I finally got through and the receptionist told me that Dr Joyce had reviewed what the intern wrote and said I wasn't sick enough and therefore would not call in the prescription. I was forced to go to an Urgent Care center for the same illness because I did not feel that Dr Joyce's office gave me proper medical care. The Urgent Care center was much better and I have medication now to help me get better. I do not feel that Dr Joyce's office was professional at all and they were of no help to me, but I will still have to pay for both appointments.

First, their front desk staff are rude and overzealous. If you are ill, you can be expected to wait 2 months for the next available appointment or go to an urgent care, when your physician might have squeezed you in. The scheduling only seems to allow for well-patient visits. This may be because UH requires that each visit last only for 15 minutes, putting pressure on physicians to be caring, accurate, and able to diagnose and treat every single thing in 15 minutes. This is not the fault of the practitioners, but rather the system. And is reflected in UH's low abysmal ratings. But really, the front desk staff is reliably awful at this location.

They have always gone above and beyond for my husband at his appointments. I'd specifically like to recognize Carol, Nevah, Tammy and Miranda who all had to assist us during the infusions but there were so many more staff members who helped, assisted and checked on my husband. We could not be more grateful for the attention and care we receive!

I have seen a few other birthing rooms in CLE which are small, cramped, and gross. Tri-point has huge rooms & very clean, but the selling point is the staff. I am a "don't see the doctors unless on death's bed" bc I have never had a good experience with doctors or nurses, that is until now. I gave birth here, and although birth was absolutely horrible for me, if I were to have another kid I would want it here. The nurses were so kind & down to earth. I loved my OBGYN and all the nurses that helped me through the worst experience of my life. They are caring & kind and I felt super comfortable with them. I wish all nurses and doctors were just as great as the old lake west tri-point team.

Wouldn't recommend going here for a couple of reasons. I visited this UH urgent care on 5/28/2024…read moredue to hurting my back. First, I've never seen an urgent care that won't see a patient if they haven't met their deductible and they require you to pay the full cost of the appointment up front if you haven't met your deductible. Which for me this wasn't a problem because I've already met my deductible, but I saw several people come in and struggle with this issue and this could be especially problematic if you have other claims pending where you may essentially end up overpaying your deductible then fighting for your money back. However, my main concern as the results of my X-ray came back in MyChart while I was waiting for the nurse practitioner to come back. The X-rays showed a mild case of an issue that could get worse if untreated, but the nurse practitioner came back and told me everything looked good. When I asked her about it she said I'd need to show her what I was looking at as if she didn't even read the results in detail. Then the nurse practitioner told me to follow up with my PCP, but it's troubling that if I wouldn't have noticed it I wouldn't have known about it. Would definitely avoid this location and go to another hospital systems urgent care.

Today I called and Mindy stated she did call me back. If an unrecognized number comes in and no message was left, how am I to know she called? She was VERY snotty, I am extremely unimpressed with the staff at this office. If she is indicative of the kind of service/treatment I would have received, I definitely dodged a bullet.

I recently got surgery on my septum and sinuses by Dr Gaugler. Now I will warn you he does tend to…read morerun behind on occasion, but it is just because he is very through. I had two appointments with him before my surgery and he did a camera up my nose along with a CT scan of my sinuses. I had previously gotten surgery on my deviated septum in July of 2017 and wasn't exactly thrilled will the results of the procedure done at the Cleveland Clinic. After the procedure at the Cleveland Clinic I could still on breathe out of the right side of my nose, somewhat better just not ideal. The doctor I had at the Cleveland Clinic never did a ct scan on my sinuses or put the camera up my nose. He basically looked up my nose and was like you need surgery. Michael Gaugler is one of the best doctors and a great surgeon. Though I only had my procedure yesterday's it's clear there is a night and day difference between some doctors. He also cleaned out my sinuses behind my cheeks and eyes, which from his indication was not done during my previous procedure at the CC. I'm very pleased Thanks again Dr. Gaugler.

Probably the best ENT, I've ever seen…read more The staff was spectacular and the waiting room was clean. Despite the fact the waiting room was packed, we didn't wait long. The doctor we saw was awesome,very friendly and asked question after question and explained to us what was actually going on with my ears. He also gave me an option. Which lets face it, not many doctors do these days. We were in and out of there in 45 minutes. It was super easy to schedule a follow up and the parking was superb. I'd highly recommend this place if you're in search of an ENT
