J asked our waitress for some cloths, she td me she had to finish taking her next order. After several minutes, I went to the waitress station and asked for a cloth for my daughter and for someone to mop the floor which was still wet. They looked at me like I had a third eye, and then offered me some paper towel. I had to remind our waitress to replace the drink she spilled! Brutal. All the staff working that evening couldn't have been more than 16 years old. No training whatsoever.
