The staff were not super friendly during the whole process. The consult was maybe 5-10 minutes and it was a quick look at the scans and telling us to schedule a surgery date. The day of surgery finally arrived. I signed paperwork and we spoke with the nurse prior to my daughter going back. We both expressed that this was her first time having an IV and surgery and that she was nervous and having anxiety. They dismissed her feelings and refused to let me go back with her while getting the IV or getting prepped for the surgery. She was in the back for five minutes before the nurse escorted her out and told me the doctor refused to complete the surgery since she was not complying. There was no empathy in the situation, just a simple we are dismissing her as a patient. It was a very traumatic experience overall. Thankfully we found another surgery center in the area that had no problem with allowing parents to be present while the patient is being prepped. She had no issues and the surgery went well. Maybe this doctor is great for older, adult patients who have experience with procedures.. but I would not recommend this surgery center for those who have anxiety or need support during the process.

Then they showed me exactly where my problem areas were. I believe because I saw the pictures--I appreciate the honest opinion I received. I know because the last dentist I went to said I needed 11 fillings... All that said. You can't beat the view of the back yard. It's so serene. I highly recommend this business.
