I called Sullivan's and they had a tow truck to him within 30min. The driver towed his car to Walmart and he waited there until my son got the lug wrench he needed, changed his tire, and was back on the road. Now that is fantastic customer service and just good people being good when it was so needed! I appreciate Sullivan's and the unnamed driver that showed us such kindness more than I can say!
