Because I was trying to get to a shop back by my because my car went out. He was there in 30 minutes. Extremely reasonable price. Very manageable. I've had people charge me the same price to take me somewhere 20 minutes away. I paid him cash upfront as I was not riding with him and there were no problems. He communicated with me and kept me updated on how far he was from the shop and took a picture of my car there once he dropped it off. Thank you so much AB.!

I'm a bit mixed between this place because it's a towing company, but I guess I could have been…read moretreated worse. There was a confusion with a parking pass with Spothero. I had a van towed all the way to the Southside from near the United Center. That seems excessive. The woman on the phone was nice enough and reminded "open" for me to get the van that night. The guy who gave me back the van was actually super nice and made me feel at ease, especially since I was having a bit of a breakdown with all this stress. The only thing I didn't like is that they wanted me to Venmo or Apple Pay them (no credit cards). I think I know why, but this came off really shady in the moment and took longer to get the car out because of it. Again, this is a towing company so it's not the place for happy people. However, I suppose the whole ordeal could have been way worse and they had a sliver of decent customer service. Probably my weirdest review here!

In one call yesterday, they offered to meet me at my car parked in the neighborhood that same afternoon. Cory (sp?) was direct and honest about wait times and services costs. He troubleshooted with me to ensure a new battery was needed, and not just a jump. Communication about wait times was superb, along w/ cost & payment options.
