Both of those services wanted almost twice as much money and estimated almost twice as long to get to me. i got a flat tire, called, and paid for a tow last night at 8pm. I was left waiting over two hours. they could't find a tow truck and wanted more money from me to get another "sister" company to come sooner. I said no that's ok as long as I can leave the and you my mechanic I'm gonna it been over two so you can the extra money for your failure at delivering services. i could have use any company to tow, yet after 2 hours of me waiting and calling them to follow up on eta they told me that they could not tow my car to nail 10-11 am. the website says tow within 30-60 minutes... im forced to either sleep in my car to ensure that my car doesn't get impounded or Uber home and Uber back at 10am only to hope and pray that I don't wait longer than 11 am . any single woman should NEVER EVER pay for towing from this place. they take your money and abandon you. you can't cancel and go with someone else without paying 50 percent cancel fee. that's $109 in my case . but if paid more im supposed to trust them that help will actually come? no. This company is as close and dangerous as frauds come. because of this company's inability to communicate , refund or pay to do the right thing which is not leaving a woman stranded... I had to pay extra childcare for two hours last night. I have to cancel pediatric patients who need medical care from me so I can Uber back to my car by 10am losing $466 dollars i work revenue and then sit and wait and hope that by 11 I will finally have the tow to the auto shop that is 2 miles away from my flat tire car/ and a block from my work because they won't tow without me being present with the key. meanwhile the autosedvice place ... they were expecting the tow and I made a 7:30 am appointment for a tire . now I have to inform them that I have to push that appointment out by a minimum of 4 hours risking the availability that I will even have my problem solved. And seversly inconvenienced by having to walk from the drop off of my car to work and walk to pick my hopefully repaire's car or else I will have an expensive Uber ride home. And no car to carry on my kids schedule and no way to get to work tomorrow all because this company is a scam. Do not call them. You have to pay them before they even request assistance and learn from my story that there is no work ethic in their job. They will aban you for over 12 hours, knowing they have a sister who can get to you but you have to pay more without any gauantee that they will be there. Never ever call this place. Especially if you are a woman alone. Or anyone who has a job and family depending on you to get home or work. They have no clue what they can do until after you pay and lock you in.
