They were contracted Thur AAA said 90min then another 40 min. Driver got there said he was gonna take the car off his trailer . And put mines on. Then tow the other car behind it. So I waited 50 min for him to move car . Then he gets in his truck and leaves me there . Stranded no car no way to get home. ... He doesn't even say IAM leaving . The worst!!! Took my call from AAA at 6:30 said they would be there in an hour.. after an hour they said 30 more minutes.... I noticed this truck while in Roseville today, but not being needed for a tow. The driver was all over the road and tailgating another car going 65 in a 45. He was on the phone, and I had to pull up next to him because the back of the flat bed didn't have a license plate. The tow bed said House of Wreckers which is in San Fransisco, so I'd like to turn this employee in, as I would not trust my car on the back of that tow truck. read more

Kept calling, and the would say on their way and it would be an hour, then after an hour, I called again, said they were on their way and it would be an hour. Then next call was 45 minutes. Also made the 75 mile ride home enjoyable as well especially after a stressful event with my vehicle. I would use this company again should the need arise especially if Zyaib is my driver. Just wanted to give a shout out to Zyaid for not giving up on finding me. I had taken a drive to Mt. Diablo State Park in the Bay Area to go hiking for awhile. When I got back to my car it wouldn't start. I called AAA and waited and waited but no truck arrived. My cell phone died and I had no charger. A lady gave me her charger and I called AAA again and they patched me through to the driver Zyaid who searched for me for at least two hours. The state park is very large with two entrances and he was at the other entrance but did not give up looking for me. Even got a park ranger to escort him to the location I was at. When he arrived he had my WRX on the back of his truck in a matter of minutes and we were out of there. I must say that Zyaid is a great driver and very personable. I see why he is your best driver. I call my car insurance for a tow and they sent out this tow company. I called this tow company for an estimated arrival time and they stated that they were on their way and their company is only a few miles from my location. Over an hour and a half later, they still haven't arrived. I called my insurance again and they said the tow is on their way. When the tow finally arrives, the tow guy was just sitting in his truck for a while, when he came out he was really creepy and kept staring at me. He asked me why I wasn't talking much and I told him that I was waiting for almost 2 hrs and was tired, he said he wasn't late, he was on time because he was barely just dispatched. Bad service and rude, I wouldn't recommend this tow company and I'll be informing my insurance about my experience. read more

I had a really great experience with Sac-Tow Workx. With some extremely long wait times from AAA late at night, I had to stay in a hotel before they could dispatch a tow for my truck. The driver, Ro, picked me up from my hotel, brought me to my truck a few miles away, and towed me the 115 miles to my destination. Ro was very professional, friendly, and a real delight to spend the two hours driving through Sacramento with. It can be harrowing to deal with a broken-down car, so having a reliable and relatable tow driver was a total bonus. I would give this place a negative stars if it were possible. They had me wait two hours for a tow truck that they never plan to deliver. My emergency towing contacted them to pick me up. I called them to confirm and they confirmed said it would be within 90 minutes. 90 minutes later I called back they told me they would call me right back to confirm. Aside from being incredibly cute Anthony went above and beyond to help us with my brothers car especially since it was so late too. My boyfriends work van got a flat tire in the back roads on the way home. It was extremely hard to find. I know this because I drove there being I have AAA. It's getting dark now and we were advised a AAA driver could not reach us for at least 2 1/2 hours. That's when we gave Tow Workkx a call. My First experience with this company was through AAA when my vehicle broke down and I needed to be towed about 60 miles. Brett was a really friendly and very nice. I told him that my car needed to be dropped off at our mechanic's that evening. AAA was told the same thing. Brett told me he would be delivering my vehicle to another driver who would be delivering it. I check my AAA app about 9:30 or 10 pm and it showed that my vehicle had been delivered. I called my Mechanic the next next morning to get an update and was informed that my vehicle wasn't there. I contacted TowWorks and spoke with a guy who stated he was the owner/operator. He told me that AAA told him it could be delivered the next day. I told him that was incorrect and it needed to be delivered immediately. this was about 9:30 am. He said it would be on its way in 15 minutes. I then contacted AAA and told a supervisor what was going on and he contact the Owner/Operator at TowWorkx and was told that I said it was ok to deliver today. Which was a lie. My car finally arrived at my mechanics about 15 hours after it was picked up. I showed up at 6:30 that evening to pick up my car and was shocked to fined large white scratches on the side of my car. So not only did it take 15 hours to get it towed 60 miles or so but it was also damaged in the process. I have contacted AAA to file a complaint but I would not be able to recommend this company to anyone. The owner / operator doesn't seem very honest. read more
