I felt we had a great relationship, and my wife would even bring him snacks or coffee when dropping off our cars. However, a mechanic friend of mine worked on my suv to replace the belt that was squeeling. The belt shredded immediately. What we found was that the pulley for the alternator was not in Line with the remaining pulleys. George had replaced that alternator a few months back, obviously with the wrong unit. My wife and I went to George to explain what I had found, and asking him to fix it, he became very irrational and started throwing insults at us. He refused to acknowledge that he could have made a mistake, and started accusing me that I changed something on the car. I was very shocked and dissappointed. We couldn't believe it. We took our car and never went back. We didn't deserve to be treated like that, we were long time customers, good customers. Please beware.
