I have been on the market for a new mechanic for a long time. My car broke down and was towed by AAA. I found Joe Guarino's as an approved shop on the AAA site. It was nice that I was able to schedule an appointment online over the weekend in the late evening and I promptly received a call back from Rich in the office, who is just wonderful! They are very honest and fair. They could have taken advantage of the situation being my car had to be towed there. We suspected the problem was much bigger than it was and they assured me that it was something minor and I didn't even have to pay a ton of money. It was very affordable. They take the time to ask you questions about all repairs you have had done so they can put it into their system and get to know your car's history.
