On the last call with the roadside assistance they hung up on me. I was on the side of the road for 5 hours in 90°+ heat. After being hung up on and stranded I called Willard's who responded within 15 minutes and got my car to the shop. They were a bright spot in a bloody nightmare of an experience. FYI, Nationwide outsources their roadside assistance and use foreign call center agents who are absolutely rude. I'm switching roadside companies.
