I went to this family owned business today. In trying to reach one of the staff members (Steve) for a week with voicemails to his personal phone and work phone, none were returned. Upon arrival it was clear that this place was not a legitimate professional business. The staff move cars with NO REGARD. Bursting the gas line on one car while shoving it around. Their conduct at the counter was absolutely jaw dropping; with one line being: from the red head young woman "how about I shove this up your a**!" Tall bald man with beard: "ooh don't you want to save that kinky talk for later??" Do not recommend. read more

Told my driver it would be 95 for a pull out then later on I called and verified with the dispatcher and she said winch out starts at 125 and the rest depends on driver discretion. Wouldn't call this company for anything. This place is HORRIBLE they towed my car 3 days before Christmas because it had a flat tire from in front of my apts then charged me 125 to pick it up in less than 4 Hours cause they was closing for the holidays I'm calling BBB!!!!!! read more

Extremely unethical, rude, dishonest service by tow truck driver. He was desperate for 100$ cash. I had parked my car in the area where I was directed by event parking service company. The office owner had called the tow truck because he had a fight with parking service company employee. I arrived at seen on time and wanted to leave the place. The tow truck driver blocked my car and trying to tow my car even though store owner asked him to let my car go. My car was running, i was in my car and he started to pull up my car on the truck, asking for $100 cash in 2 minutes. I had to get out of my car not to get hurt. He was rude, mean and seems like wanted to get cash in his pocket. As i did not cash on me, I asked that i can pay with credit card but he insisted paying cash only or he was not letting my car go. I had to call my wife to get me cash. Once i paid $100 he let my car go. I think he put that money in his pocket and did not even give to tow company owner. what a joke. read more

McCullough Towing towed my daughter's car from her apartment complex because they said it had expired tags on it. Well what a racket!?!?!? The out of state tags were NOT expired - Do they not check with DMV??? How does a poor college student expect to eat when she has to pay her grocery budget to get her 10 year old car out of hock from a Lamborghini Dealer who splits the exorbitant towing fees with the outlandish apartment complex Ecco 400- BTW avoid them too!?!?!?! read more

This place has NAPA auto parts sign on the outside but its not a NAPA store. i guess they rent the name. Other NAPA stores will not take back their parts....a thermostat that cost $28.61. This place look ripe for a rip-off alert! read more

It's strange to post a good review for a company that mistakenly towed your vehicle. But they admitted their mistake, were understandably firm on their rules, and took the time to give me everything I needed to get my apartment complex to pay the fee (they had signed off on the car's removal) and towed it back. My only complaint, besides having towed it in the first place, is that all decision making seems to rely on someone named Steve, who was not in town and that slowed down the process. read more

This family owned business is made up of rude and unprofessional people. I wouldn't give this company any business. The woman who answers the phone is completely miserable with her life and obliviously never worked in a professional manner. She speaks as though she is better than everyone and refuses to answer questions without being smart. She will hang up on you then try and cut you off when you call back.
