This place is great. My wife got me a Groupon deal that included xrays and some number of adjustments. I'd been having back and leg issues for months and months so I was pretty pumped. Lo and behold when I get my xrays done I find out that not only do I have scoliosis, but I also have some degenerative issue with my disc's and my numbness in my foot Is an urgent issue I needed to look into. I didn't even get adjusted, I just got my ass in gear and got to the doctor. Waiting now on MRI results and probable surgery to fix the numbness in my foot. Somehow they are always booked out TWO months in advance, so if life happens and you need to reschedule, you'll have to wait that long to see anyone. I've never had this problem at any other office, I only came to this one because I had a Groupon. Perhaps they sold too many groupons than they could actually handle. I've been going to Tower Chiropractic for about a month now. I was oh so surprised to see the multiple deals when I first inquired about treatment. At that time, I think it was about 3 visits for $79 Yelp special. I was amazed and very happy with the quality treatment I received on that plan. As I knew my insurance wasn't accepted at Tower Chiro, I was informed that I would be put into the group sort of plan that most people use. I was again surprised at the affordability of that plan, about $50 a month. I went for my first night expecting to be delayed, but I think it took about a total of 30-45 minutes. They put you through a set of warm up exercises and then assign you a table in a group setting. One nurse comes bye, then the doctor. You don't get much time with Dr. Beck, but you do get the same quality adjustments I have received at each of my 5 appointments. I feel very relieved after each treatment. The ONLY night I sleep well anymore is the night of my chiro appointment. I'm glad to have this available to me as often as once a week. Although I would prefer to have a one-on-one session with Dr. Beck, I am pleasantly surprised about the effectiveness of the group sort of plan and processing. They get you and in and out of there very quickly. Very happy, glad I don't have to go miles and hours out of my way to a doctor in NW or NE Fresno. read more

I was looking for a new chiropractor since I just relocated to Fresno. I purchased a Groupon and scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks later. New patients are only seen at certain time slots, which may or may not be convenient for a regular 9 to 5 worker, but after the initial appointment you can see the doctor early in the morning or later in the evening, which is perfect for me. The appointment went quickly and very efficiently. There was no advertising or selling involved, which many of other chiropractors do. The doctor was very clear and descriptive explaining the treatment options. The adjustment itself was quick and painless, and again, very efficient. I scheduled a follow up appointment for another adjustment. UPDATE: When I spoke with the doctor about payment options, I was offered a cash option which was even more expensive than the "per visit" option. When I asked what that was, the doctor answered that I was getting cushions to do home exercises, which to me was absolutely not worth it. I chose a different chiropractor. read more

So I purchased a groupon last week. Its June! I call to make an appointment, and they said they do not have availability until September once I mentioned I bought a groupon! Thats insane! There is no disclaimer in the groupon indicating the long wait times and quite frankly, they should not have it at all in that case. People purchase because they are in pain, not because they want to wait 3 months for an appointment that they are clearly being discriminated on for being a groupon purchaser. I will never go here even at full price due to that. Theres better offices that are not only affordable, have groupon availability, but also can get you in within a month. I rather spend full pricing at a different office with better customer service. I have been dealing with constant neck/shoulder/back pains on my right side for a month now, and I was desperate to get rid of this pain so I purchased a groupon for a 60-minute massage and 1 chiropractic adjustment. It is divided between two different visits, with two different doctors. Last week, I just had the massage with the woman whose name I have forgotten (she has a streak of gray in her hair) and I have to say it was just what I needed. She was able to pinpoint all the spots that were hurting (and there were many of them!) and put just the right amount of pressure without being unbearable. I felt instant relief upon exiting the office! I was very sore afterwards, but that was to be expected from getting deep into my muscles. I have lived all my life in point knee pain back pain and lastly Sciatica, which if you ever had it then you know the pain doesn't go away. Doctors always want t give you pain pills, but I can't take the pills and work. Doctor Beck has corrected the issue and I felt relief from the first visit. Well... don't bother showing up on time for your appointment because you won't be seen for upwards of 25 minutes after your appointment time! I had to wait 15 minutes to even start the paperwork for my appointment. I can get good chiropractic care anywhere but if I was this late to the appointment they would cancel and charge me a fee. Why is it ok to treat paying customers this way? The staff is short and curt with the patients and I'm NOT coming back here. read more

When i first went to Visit Dr. Stone Beck in Auguest 2013, i had already been to the doctor 3 times in the last 2 and a half years for this Numbness in my arms. That i had been told was a Pinched nerve or it was the way i slept. The numbness had progressed to where i could not feel anything, includeing when i slipped and My whole left hand when into the deep fryer where i worked to dropping things with out even Knowing i had let go of them, To this feeling that someone was holding both my arms over open flames. I didnt expect much becuase I had been dealing with this for almost 3 years and the doctors kept telling me it was nothing and all in my head basicly. After assessing me and x-rays he found the problem was the nerves in my neck were being pinched by my vertebrae. My neck had No Natural curve, it was a straight line. After diagnosis we set up my plan to start getting my curve back which, would relieve the pressure off of my nerves. After 3 weeks the numbness was not as bad. By November I could feel again. The Pain and Numbness was almost gone with only being present in the mornings but then going away once i did my home stretching and exercises. By Mid December early January the numbess and pain was gone. .I hadnt felt so good in 3 years. after a few short months i was back to normal with no pain no numbness and all around feeling better. So, I called Tower Chiropractic due to the fact I was having progressive back issues. The woman on the phone took my personal information and scheduled me out with their "soonest appointment" slightly over two weeks. I took the inconvenient time and even faxed over my insurance and identification information as requested. Due to the only available time I had to request off of work to take this appointment which I did. The day of my appointment (today), I show up 15 minutes early and give the front desk woman my information and she asks me to wait in a back room. She comes back to tell me I'm not on the schedule and this is due to front desk help they have had that apparently makes this kind of mistake with multiple people. They had no space for me and she attempted to reschedule me another week out at another mid day appointment. Meaning another day off of work. I declined. I can't comment on the services here but if the amount of care they put into their customer service and front desk professionalism is at all indicative of their attention to their chiropractic care then I'm glad I never found out. This is inexcusable, especially when she admitted this keeps on happening.
