The issue is I am located in Cape Coral. I reached back out to them because my outdoor outlets no longer pass 110v. I have done all I can to try and resolve the issue myself. Since I was unable to resolve the issue I needed them to come back out and fix the issue since it was on outlets they repaired and should be under warranty. He was the first of three to point out a possible existing electrical connection in the area I was requesting a new one (the other two were from the same popular company).
