There was only 1 other person also waiting for a drug test besides me. The reason I waited so long, 'there is only one collection/testing person and they were at lunch.' I was beyond ticked. Also, the bathroom was not clean. The blue liquid put in the toilet before testing was spilled on the floor in addition to other unidentified spots. Checklists were not used and the technician did not explain the process. There was more discussion going on about the superbowl than waiting on customers. If corporations are using this service for pre-employment testing they should perform an audit prior to sending people. Also, reservations are needed to ensure service is performed in a timely and efficient manner. If people are at lunch, work stops but customers do not know that.

They open early and I went right in; Carmen at the check in desk was friendly and quick to register me. As it was first thing in the morning, it was a minimal wait to see a doctor. Dr Beth listened to my issue (a foot injury which has since healed), gave her opinion through an exam and gave me an x-ray referral. Her medical opinion ended up being correct and it thankfully wasn't an issue too long. All told I was here less than 30 min and mentally felt a lot better. It was simply a standard copay for an office visit and no other billing issues. If you're visiting Hershey and something happens to you or a family member, this is a great alternative to the ER.

He asked for a shot of Tordol which is what is neurologist recommends for these situations. They gave him a combo shot of Tordol, zofran for nausea and a steroid. They said that they wanted to stay in the exam room to make sure he did not have an allergic reaction. PA left and closed the door and no one checked on him for 45 minutes. If he did have an allergic reaction, no one would have known. He finally walked out into the hall and they were surprised to see him. If he had anaphylaxis, he could have died.

When we get the bill, we find that it was billed as a hospital out patient visit - costing a lot more! This is flat out deceptive! They put huge signs up saying "Urgent Care" when they are not that. I hate it when people decieve me inorder to make money. There is another Urgent Care over on 272 near the CVS. I'd recommend going there instead.

From the young man at the front desk to the PA who helped me there was such a friendly feeling here and the quality of care was outstanding. I never even felt the tetanus shot I received.
