The complex is loud throughout the day, which you might expect with kids at the pool -- and that's fine. But what wasn't okay was my neighbors blasting music day and night so loudly that my walls and furniture would literally vibrate. I lived on the first floor, and after just a month, my upstairs neighbor got an aggressive, constantly running/thumping/barking dog. I love dogs, but this one would keep me up all night -- and I wasn't the only one complaining. When I knocked on their door at 2:30AM, they wouldn't answer, even though I could clearly hear them behind the door. Repeated noise complaints to the office went nowhere. The staff kept saying, "We're working on it," and that the dog wasn't even allowed due to breed restrictions. Second major issue: blocked garage access. I paid extra for an apartment with an attached garage because i saw reviews stating parking was scarce (which it was!) I work in healthcare and need to be able to leave quickly when I'm on call. Multiple times, someone else would park directly in front of my garage, trapping my car inside my own garage. I had to Uber to work several times because of this. When I contacted the towing company listed by the complex, they told me the soonest they could come was in TWO DAYS and suggested I talk to the leasing office about reimbursing my Uber costs. When I did, the staff just said, "That's strange. The towing company never told us that and that's an issue if they weren't able to tow" and refused to reimburse me. No solutions, just shrugs. Third, and worst of all: unsafe living conditions. There was a long period of time that my apartment smelled like gas. When someone came to check and told me a neighbor was storing tractors or machinery in their garage -- and the gas fumes were leaking into my apartment. I had to breathe that in for weeks. Also worth noting: when you call the number for complaints , they'll tell you they're logging your complaints and submitting them. But when I followed up with the apartment complex they would tell me there was no record of any conversation. That alone tells you a lot about how this place is run. There are so many other things I could mention, but honestly, even writing this is bringing back all the frustration. If you take anything away from this review, it's this: Do yourself a favor and do not rent here. Moving out was the best thing I did for my peace of mind.

Salvador showed up minutes later, showed us what happened and how to fix it ourselves (easily) without having to wait for a maintenance request. Salvador is always so friendly, professional, and prompt. I am grateful to Lynn Cora for choosing really exceptional service members.
