Excellent maintenance. Sometimes people will choose an apartment because it's the newest apartment building, but I wouldn't choose based on that. I lived at Bexley Mansfield for 13 months, and I genuinely regret it. Let's start with the noise. The complex is loud throughout the day, which you might expect with kids at the pool -- and that's fine. But what wasn't okay was my neighbors blasting music day and night so loudly that my walls and furniture would literally vibrate. I lived on the first floor, and after just a month, my upstairs neighbor got an aggressive, constantly running/thumping/barking dog. I love dogs, but this one would keep me up all night -- and I wasn't the only one complaining. When I knocked on their door at 2:30AM, they wouldn't answer, even though I could clearly hear them behind the door. Repeated noise complaints to the office went nowhere. The staff kept saying, "We're working on it," and that the dog wasn't even allowed due to breed restrictions. Second major issue: blocked garage access. I paid extra for an apartment with an attached garage because i saw reviews stating parking was scarce (which it was!) I work in healthcare and need to be able to leave quickly when I'm on call. Multiple times, someone else would park directly in front of my garage, trapping my car inside my own garage. I had to Uber to work several times because of this. When I contacted the towing company listed by the complex, they told me the soonest they could come was in TWO DAYS and suggested I talk to the leasing office about reimbursing my Uber costs. When I did, the staff just said, "That's strange. The towing company never told us that and that's an issue if they weren't able to tow" and refused to reimburse me. No solutions, just shrugs. Third, and worst of all: unsafe living conditions. There was a long period of time that my apartment smelled like gas. When someone came to check and told me a neighbor was storing tractors or machinery in their garage -- and the gas fumes were leaking into my apartment. I had to breathe that in for weeks. Also worth noting: when you call the number for complaints , they'll tell you they're logging your complaints and submitting them. But when I followed up with the apartment complex they would tell me there was no record of any conversation. That alone tells you a lot about how this place is run. There are so many other things I could mention, but honestly, even writing this is bringing back all the frustration. If you take anything away from this review, it's this: Do yourself a favor and do not rent here. Moving out was the best thing I did for my peace of mind. read more

Don't move here the units are old and have mold. When you move out they try to charge you for the old appliances. We never saw the actual unit we were moving into. The walls are very thin you hear everything. The parking is awful. read more

I just visited here. Yelp help me find directions. Arriving to the Bexley Mansfield I noticed up keep very nice. Looked some what Ritzy, clean, and beautiful landscape. I visited a friend in a one bedroom. This apartment was spacious and had all the necessary and common appliances, including the DW, W/D, ceiling fans and a quality carpet. Be aware what you rent. This was the worst apartments we have ever stayed in, one the staff was very unprofessional, if you look at the previous comments this is a pattern, 2 the maintenance would just walk in; when we requested to be called not just emailed; hence we had two little kids. 3 our car got stolen. Magically there was no cameras, and upon moving out I love everyone, but it seemed they meant to only let in one ethnicity move in; our kids would be called "white boys" on the play ground and the pool. I typical don't leave reviews, but I believe a lot of the reviews here are misleading and more than likely was part of the community program to leave a review for a chance to have money off your rent. Now for the review... Master Bedroom - water has been leaking through the window and the ceilings each time it's rains. I have reported the issues several times. Maintenance came and painted over it the first time. I reported again and they told me it was outsourced etc, he said he have to check the warranty. 9.25.23 maintenance came back out, said he had to contact warranty nothing else has been done. Water stains still there, ceiling still split. No one have EVER checked for mold. Every time it rains, water literally pouring in from the ceiling and windows seal. Pictures will be attached. Bathroom - fixtures old, rusted. Master bathroom water leak from ceiling Trash - the trash valet is a joke. They've had possibly 3 companies the 1.5 years I've been here. I have received 3 violations with the new company within 2 months. Never had violations with the prior company. I called the office because the last violation was a lie. I spoke with Jose who advised the trash bag had holes in it, when I told him I would send pictures of the bag with no holes he placed me on hold then came back to the phone and said the weight of the bag was too heavy. I asked what was the weight to which he had no idea. I offered to let him come weigh the bag or I weigh it myself and take a picture. Jose told me no, they would side with trash butler and the violation would stick ($35 violation). I will attach the photo of the "overweight" trash that was sent to me with no picture showing the weight. On the weekends the compactor is overflown with trash all over the ground, everywhere ! Parking - HORRIBLE. I'm in building 20 and have to park at the end of the complex to find parking. There are several broken down vehicles occupying spaces that residents could occupy if they was some sort of organization to parking. I bought cover parking which was on the back of the complex because none was available by my complex. Neighbors - the family upstairs have 4 children which are homeschooled and constantly run day and night. I've reported this, the apartments send out a general email to tenants about noise. Office personal - change frequently. ....not to mention the inspections and random pop ups if they feel you have a pet. It's not worth it. Only good thing, maintenance is very nice. For $2500/mo you can find a much better apartment complex down the street in actual Mansfield. read more

Lived here for 3 years. Truly enjoyed my living space. Maintenance was GREAT. Didn't have any cons with this place to be quite honest. Parking was fine. The apartment breeze ways could have been cleaned more. But the reason they are getting 3 stars is how they scam people out of paying more for move out fees. When you move in this apartment complex, PLEASE do a thorough assessment of everyone, drip pans and all !! Microwave and all(check for cracks-- even the ones you can't see), any stains on the cabinet doors ! Write it all on the move in sheet. If you mount your tv, they will charge you for that as well upon move out (just making you aware), and they will charge for basic carpet stains that do accrue over time -- which is normal! I wish I could attach my video of my apartment, because I left it very clean. Just giving all new tenants a heads up so you don't end up like me having to pay $400+. So before you move in and sign a lease, ask them can you get a list of charges for move out fees(what they charge for carpet cleaning etc) ... see if they give it to you or at least ask. I didn't have to pay a security deposit when I moved in to this apartment and I feel like this was their way of being greedy and getting money out of me because of that. Its really frustrating considering how hard I worked cleaning that apartment upon move out. Literally thought my charges would have been less. It's all a scam. read more

This is the place, and trust me I looked alot. I Just moved in and I have got to tell you this place is fantastic. Very nice, clean and well maintained. Everything is centered with the tenant in mind and the homes are roomy and beautiful. You get alot for your money here. The real shining stars though, are the staff in the leasing office. Amy and Xenia are above and beyond awesome and helpful. They made this experience seamless. I was driving across country to lease a place sight unseen and i was able to do it will full confidence because of them. They are true assets. read more

I'm paying to live, but where am I supposed to park my vehicle when it's time to come home?! Maintenance and Pest Control WILL enter your even when you constantly advise not to enter and call at least 30 mins prior. That's a DANGEROUS GAME!!) The maintenance guys barely understands and barely speaks English! You smell Marjiuanna in the Halls. The Police sits at the entrance sometimes. Great place to live in, great community, with security and nice and friendly neighbors. The apartments are really nice, competitive prices, close to the 360 State Highway with stores near by. The staff is really friendly and always doing activities to unite the community and making a nice and respectful environment for every resident. On the maintenance side let me tell you that you will not have to worry about it, just place your work order and the team is always there to help us or fix any inconvenient that might occur. Summary: 100% happy with our apartment, community respect and security with an officer dedicated to the community safety. We have space for laundry, includes water heater, stove, dishwasher, sealing fans, fridge, microwave and other perks according your budget. Try them! read more

I wouldn't recommend living here to anyone. Leasing office staff (especially the manager) don't seem to care about any problems or complaints brought to their attention. We've had issues with the noise level of our upstairs neighbor since august, and after multiple calls and complaints, the manager said to me face "there's nothing we can do" and was all around extremely rude to me, nodding her head very sarcastically as I spoke. Save yourself the trouble (and the money, bc they're overpriced) and just go somewhere else. If any of your neighbors are in direct violation of the lease, the manager will tell you there's nothing she can do, in a rude and condescending manner. Imagine telling your residents there's nothing you can do at the complex that YOU MANAGE. That itself should tell you all you need to know. Although they say they document all conversations, the manager said I've only reached out twice when I have call logs from the FIVE times I've called and spoken with someone. Then their excuse will be "well you haven't called" no, you're just not documenting my calls which shouldn't be surprising when you refuse to do something about the tenant in clear violation of his lease all because your afraid to lose his $1600/month. They are.good in the beginning but once you sign the lease u become just a revenue stream I've Had arguments with office staff bout simple things such as building exterior cleaning. After several attempts to get them water-blast clean walkways and stairs no cleaning has been done to date. If u do get maintenance to fix something in your unit they charge u a fee. Rent goes up yearly over $300.00. Paying cash money and having negative experiences make one feel like a sucker. Can't wait to move out of here. read more

I don't know where to start... This has to be not only the worst apartment management company but the worst company out there to encounter on a professional/business level or any other level... I currently live at Bexley Mansfield in grand prairie TX The Manager to the best of my understanding is Taylor Fulk.. I have been having the hardest time getting a call back from her every time I call she is either busy, in a meeting or gone.. I've had one conversation with her after two weeks straight of calling. My husband and I work 60 hour 7 days a week... We hired my mom to clean our apartment a few times a week and meal prep for us... my mom has a service dog that is for medical reasons she has to have with her.. we found it easier to have her keep a second cage and a bag of food at my house during these times. The complex has done numerous inspections, monthly since they bought the complex which I might add is unusual for a property that is not income regulated but that's another conversation.. During one of these inspections it was assumed that we had a dog and needed to pay for it...once i explained the situation, I was told that I would either need to add my mom to the lease and her service dog or pay a daily visit fee of $10 every visit on top of the overly inflated rent. With the amount of rent we pay I expect a certain level of service as I am sure many people do. I was so disappointed, i expressed to them that none of these opinions worked for us and frankly it's not fair... We have asked my mom to stop coming over which has affected her income and of course the appearance of our apartment.. Needless to say my husband and I have put our notice to move in. Communication: I have sent this same email to the complex and cc. Taylor the property manager. To no surprise no response. After i finally had a conversation with Taylor (first time after calling for two weeks) she explained she had the flu and was out, mind u every time my husband and I called we were told with she was in a meeting or out to lunch or gone for the rest of the day. The inconsistency is Ghetto, that's literally the only word that perfectly fits. So after me expressing to her that i would like to speak with her superiors I was given the number to her supposed manager Angela Haselwood this is i was told the Regional Manager for Weinstein Properties... Needless to say I have been calling her since i was given the information on December 13th with no call back. I have been at this complex for two years and before this the last complex I was at since 3 years. I have not ever made a late payment nor have I had any bad remarks on my rental history. So if u have the same qualifications I suggest you take your money somewhere else. You will be frustrated by the lack of professionalism Guaranteed! read more

These apartments suck! Just like the previous name "Timberview ranch". They charge you for everything but they can't do nothing for you at that moment that you ask. Place is small. It's not luxury apartments. All their amenities are small. The gym is small, pool is small, dog park is small, where kids can play is small. If i put my trash out 30 mins before the time they advised me to put it out, it's a big problem. If i put too many bags out for something i pay $25 for a month it's a problem. Stay away from this place. Everything is fine unless you have a maintenance or other issue. They seem to ignore most issues. When I first moved in they did not have garbage service, yet they kept charging me for it. I transferred to a different apartment which they said would be 'like new'. You would not believe how filthy it was (I have pictures). They charged me a second deposit without returning the first deposit. I tried to complain to corporate, but they always told me to deal with the local manager. How do you complain to the person that is the problem? Now we both have to pay attorneys. Very unorganized.
