Towie was sent by Audi to pick up my car from Blue mountains. The Towie has my contact number and he called me a couple of times to tell me he was on his way and to ask for our exact location. He informed me how long it would take and was there precisely as estimated. When he reached, he quickly and swiftly loaded my precious Audi and I was so worried it would get scratched or something. But the Towie obviously knew his job very well and I guess he was partnered with Audi, because he made no mistake at all in attaching the car and sliding it on the ramp. He offered a ride down till Penrith, which was not part of his service, but simply as a nice gesture. It is good to know, Australians are a friendly lot and sometimes they do more than their job.
