Orange County Location:…read more Requested to get my car towed to Main Street Collision at 2pm. Main Street called me at 5pm said no car arrived. When I called Car Store they said they will tow it now. Main Street was nice enough to wait past 5pm considering thats when they were closed. I was at work so I could not be there. 7pm was when the car finally arrived. Main Street took photos of the car while on the tow truck before they received it. Apparently, they damaged my car more! I was involved in a car collision in which I rear-ended another car. Damage caused was only at the front passager bumper and driver rear wheel from the traffic concrete barrier I ran into post collision. The rim was dented and the tail light busted, axle damage and some cosmetics but only the front passenger bumper side. Main Street photos revealed that the rim was chipped off with an exposed hole in it and my lifgate was largely dented! I had photos at the time of the accident and proof of those damages to be non-existent!! Unfortunately, I don't feel like it will hold up as enough evidence. It goes to show you how careless this place is and I had wish that they were charged/penalized for their actions. I just feel upset that I would not be able to prove that they did it. My advice is to remain at the towing place until it gets transferred to wherever.

I needed to get it fixed that's it. So I agreed. And when they return the truck to me, it doesn't turn on. One of the mechanics does a little trick and pushes it and started and says hopefully you can get to the gas station. And while I'm driving, the truck is jumping because the engine light is on. They did not do a full diagnosis for this truck to be functioning. Now it's sitting in my garage not drivable. All I wanted the mechanics to do is make the truck safe and workable. They didn't complete the task. They didn't run a proper diagnosis and they delayed for weeks. I am disappointed paying all this money for it to have more work on it done.
