The tech did not tell me that the foam on the A/C was totally rotted thru, he removed the vent shield from the side of the heater making it less efficient. He did not notice that a coupling was the wrong type and could have easily leaked. He also didn't have the right shut off fitting and told me to keep the one he did have at a 45' angle, not 90' or 0' as is standard in shutoffs. I would never use them again.

Called them less than a month ago to have them come and fix my AC. It was running but not blowing…read moreout cold air throughout the vents of the house. They came out and were here for 30 minutes or less, said I needed more freon so he put in 11 oz of that and charged me $58.50 for that, then said the air filters also needed cleaning so he used my hose to spray them out which he charged me $45.00 to use my hose and my water to clean out some air filters? That wasn't even the worst part. Their flat rate of "labor" costs for their time is $98.00 whether they're there for five minutes or an hour. In total the bill was 201.50 for 11 oz of freon, and something I could of done myself. Moral of the story: I called them back again today (three weeks after the first time the AC broke down) for the same issue, to have them come and fix it since they clearly didn't the first time, and they told me it would be $185.00 plus whatever the parts will cost to fix it. P.s. Don't even think about calling on the weekend because their labor rate is $185 non-negotiable and that's before the cost of "parts". Please, please do not waste your time or money. They will simply do the bare minimum so that they have to come back within a few short weeks, and you have to spend another $100+ for their precious time. P.s.s Their customer service is terrible, was quite upset they quoted me so high after not fixing it the first time and the lady just told me "call someone else then". I'm not one to usually do this, but want to make sure the word gets out about this company so no…read moreone else gets put in this same situation we were put in, unfortunately. We contacted Bureau County Pool Builder's this spring to take down a pool in our neighbor's yard and install it in our yard. When I initially contacted them, they created a work order, gave me a quote and secured our name on the list, even informing me they had a crew that would be down in our area and they would put our name on the list so the job could be completed while they were down here, taking about 3 days to complete. We then ordered a new pool liner, gaskets, etc. On May 25th, I received a call from them about the work order and everything was finalized. She told me the payment would be due on the first day they arrive on the job. I called back in June asking for a more specific time frame so we could make plans accordingly as to when they'd be down here. She told me our job was scheduled for after the 4th of July but prior to the first week of August. I called them this morning to see if they had any more specific dates and was informed they can no longer do the job because they have so many new pool contracts from the Great Escape and our work order was on the administration desk to be called today and informed of this. I was flabbergasted to say the least. They told me the contractor made this decision last night. I told them this was very unfortunate that our neighbors have been waiting on this as well as us who purchased everything needed and it's now almost the end of summer and it's highly unlikely another company would be able to complete this job this summer. Nothing was done on their end to remedy this situation and I was very unsatisfied with their customer service. Lisa, the person I spoke with was very unprofessional and offered no help or solutions, only telling me to Google other options.
