I had Triple service come out to look at our home because we have a lot of plumbing issues that we knew about when we bought the house. Gabe one of the owners came out and looked around and suggested some things we could do but said his son in law Matt had to come out to do the repairs and give us some quotes. When Matt came, he tried to camera the plugged drain for the kitchen sink and washing machine. He was unable to get it unclogged but said he would try to enter through another stack in the corner. Matt was unable to remove the cap on that stack so he said he wanted to install a pvc saddle on the cast iron pipe . He then went to the other stack that went to the upstairs bathroom and was able to get in but said right away there was a cracked pipe that needed to be replaced. He also said he couldn't use any machines through there because of the cracked pipe. He than gave me a quote for repairing the cracked pipe, installing the saddle, using the machines to remove the blockage for the main drain pipe and said he would break the concrete for the kitchen drain if he had to and replace that pipe also. With all the work he said he was going to do we agreed to the price. When he arrived to do the work, he said that he was going to have a hard stop at 3 o'clock even though he told us originally that he would be there until 6. They did repair the broken pipe for the upstairs stack and installed the saddle on the cast iron pipe but did not get the original blocked pipe flowing as promised. Also, two days later the saddle was leaking in our basement. When I called the next day they were open Savannah was very rude on the phone and sounded like I was bothering her with my problems that they caused. We never received any of the quotes or invoices we were promised either until we complained several times. Long story short don't waste your time and money on conmen and liars. read more

Professional, communicative, prompt, friendly, and fair priced Requested Triple Service repair of my elderly mother's Lift Chair motor cables (after they were stripped) and I'm glad I did. Initially, I called and was quickly told they wouldn't be able to help (I would remove a star for this but they more than made up for it).. so I kept up the search. Fortunately for us, Erica, an entirely thorough, professional, and friendly woman from Triple Service called to follow up to make sure we got the help we were looking for. Even though they were busy (like everyone else in the area), she dispatched an electrician to visit. They called to confirm 2 days later, messaged a pic of the electrician and called just before arrival, and then messaged immediately after the work was done to thank us. This is top-level clear communication in my experience. Ben did a great job, fixing the cabling in about an hour. He was talking to himself and laughing, which put us at ease in an otherwise nerve-racking situation. The price we paid was more than fair - $79 Triple Service really came through for us, and I couldn't be more grateful, especially after the experience we had with another company in the area, which I won't name. I am very disappointed with Triple Service. I am part of their "Club". Had an emergency plumbing issue on a Monday night. Called around 9 and was told I would get a call back. Waited about an hour after not hearing anything. And was told yes we have you, you will receive a call. Waited while water was dripping in my basement. Waited.. still no call. We'll here we are almost 3pm the following day and still no call back. Guess they just lost my business. Hopefully get a refund for my "club" priority status. Don't fall for this scam. Our furnace had been diagnosed with what was wrong. We asked for them to come with the part and fix. They got here and said they needed to check the diagnosis. This turned into them breaking our furnace more and denying fixing it because of it being too costly for us and we needed to buy a new furnace all together. It was a complete money trap. They have technicians who don't know what they are doing, the staff was rude, and worse I have a broken furnace that now could cause harm to my family that was before just broken. They will be hearing from my lawyer. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would! This company dug up my entire front yard for 2 days straight and couldn't find the sewer pipe. They cursed in front of my child and broke my basement window and didn't tell me. They replaced the window glass and cracked that too and left it. They were fired and another plumber came and did the work. He didn't have a problem locating the pipe which was no where near where they said it would be. This was in July 2018 and I recieved an invoice today April 4th, 2019 for $1850 after not hearing a thing all of this time. I called their office and conveniently the owners are on vacation. I will not be paying this and would be happy to collect from them for the damages they have caused to my property. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company. read more

They came right out which was the only plus. Diagnosed the problem but returned 4 days later to fix it. Was suppose to fix the day prior but ran out of time and then had a mark up of 400% on parts. The parts needed cost $18.00 on internet thru the manufacturer they charge $117.00 a piece. The bill was not itemized just had part price and service call. Then unless you agreed to everything they claim needed to be done no warranty. The price list for the service they recommended was quite higher than a new furnace would cost. They recommended a blower motor $414. gas valve $414 inducer motor motor $589 duct cleaning $875 hot surface igniter $313 chimney liner $1500 you add all that up and I could put in a new furnace a lot cheaper. My furnace is only seven years old. read more
