Found these guys on line,…read moresent a message at 10:00 p.m., not expecting to get an answer or phone call until the next day........to my surprise I got an immediate answer on line. I explained the situation and was told not only had the previous plumber gave me wrong info, but yes he could fix it and would the next day work for me!!!!!! They came in time, fixed the problem and charged me half of the $2000.00 + the other company was going to charge me. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would, they were kind, understanding, which lowered my stress level. They were professional, courteous and prompt. They cleaned up everything, and took everything with them for disposal. I already have a few jobs I want them to come back to do. I have certainly let all my acquaintances know that they are the company to deal with. And have let everybody know the name of the company that treated me so horribly.

I sense that a lot of their Google Reviews are actually fake - given that the person giving those reviews ever gave only 1-2 reviews. My recommendation is to stay away, and get a free estimate from other companies first.

Petulant company. Had a service done a while back, which…read morethey charged 100% more than the market price. The technician did a good job but the back office people harassed us afterwards with threats which was not appreciated. Few months later, we decide to give them another chance, and the lady confirms the appointment time BUT when she pulls up our number, and in short they blacklisted our number and REFUSED TO WORK WITH CLIENTS WHO POST A DISSATISFIED REVIEW. I'm guessing the boss is a minor because it's indeed petulant behaviour from their part. This review may not do much but important for people to know what they're getting into with the management of this company.
