Finally, I took off work and drove 25 minutes to the Tomball office. They said they couldn't give me my records because they didn't have them onsite. They told me to call the office manager and also medical records. I went back out to my car and called both numbers. Both calls went to vm and I left some really dandy messages. I then went back inside the office and said "nobody answered. What now?" They were shocked that I returned. They started trying to call people and got Bridget on the phone. Bridget wanted to talk to me. She is not only rude and mouthy, she is on a major power trip. She told me it takes 2 weeks to get my records together. Yeah, maybe it took that long in 1960 but not anymore. You freaking click and print now, duh Bridget. I told her I wasn't leaving without my records because I had been trying desperately to get through for 3 days. She then says "yeah, I got your message yesterday". I said "then why didn't you call me back yesterday? Why did I have to drive up here?" She then threatened to hang up on me. I told her feel free to do so because I would sue her and the owner because those records belong to ME. She then told me to tell the receptionist to print my file. So, they did have access to records the entire time?! Wow. Bridget should be fired as well as the office manager. It's her job to fix the phones. No answer for 3 days?! In a medical office?! Dr. Manlongnat has been my primary physician for 10 years now and i have zero complaints about any of my visits to his offices in kingwood. I was introduced to Dr. Manlongnats services through my mother who we lost to her battle with breast cancer in Oct 2009. It was under Dr. Manlongnats care that my mother went into his offices with what she thought was a chest cold and a cough. Because Dr. Manlongnat found and caught it early from her visit they were able to determine that it was breast cancer in its earliest stages. While she overcame and beat cancer 4 times it came back and took her a 5th time. Because of Dr. Manlongnats attention to detail and paying attention he did not misgiagnose my mother with bronchitis or a cough, instead, they found breast cancer early and i will never know how many more years we had with her because he found it early and did not misdiagnose her. And while outreach and service in a battlefield may not mean alot in the medical profession, it should be duely noted that Dr. Manlongnat is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the US ARMY Reserves as a combat medic and has been an outstanding member of the local community through various outreaches and charities as well as serving a very well reputed family practice that i have been loyal to for a decade now and look forward to having children and a family so that Dr. Manlongnat can continue to be our family doctor and physician.

I had a full work up with blood work and did my part for my Rx that's I've had since I was 15. Being a controlled substance, this requires the doctor to do her JOB. She called it into the wrong pharmacy and I wasn't able to make it to that location bc of my work schedule. Have been calling for 6 weeks to have it called back in to the correct pharmacy, now not having meds for three months. and she refuses to do it and stating that she has to see me for another appointment before she will call my RX in. This is money hungry and not a good look for a doctor to not call in an RX for a long time patient.

This practice has gone extremely downhill. They never answer the phone so you can never get an…read moreappointment unless you dial the receptionist. You only get to see a PA or NP, rarely a doctor. Their customer service is horrible. If you want to leave the practice and take your medical records with you, they charge you for the records. When do make an appointment for you, they will only schedule certain kinds of appointment at certain times. Do not make the mistake of telling them you went somewhere else because then they won't see except on a certain day, after they get the information from the previous doctor, even for just a sinus infection. The good doctors have left this practice and it is going in a downward spiral. I wouldn't be surprised if it goes out of business. I will no longer be a patient here.
