It took me 7 MONTHS to just get a copy of my taxes that they did not file to the IRS and I was being audited. When push came to shove I went to their office for 3 weeks straight only missing Sundays(because they were closed) and everyday I got the same response of "Ill have it tomorrow" I did finally get the situation handled but it took 7 MONTHS of calling, tracking down and going to their office and a lot of stress. After I posted about my situation on a social media site I got an overwhelming response of only NEGATIVE feed back about this business. Take your taxes somewhere else!
