Last time someone was buying several cases of beer and that turned into a wait while someone got them from the back. Time before that it was something else... you get the picture. They need to open another register. They seem to always have plenty of staff on hand. If you are looking to pick up something in a hurry you might end up with a wait if they are busy. I guess that can be expected anywhere, but the store layout here is part of the problem.
