She was obviously having a panic attack and her brother was trying to explain to the staff she has autism so holding her down is just going to make everything worse. The owner was also there witnessing all of this and even joked that she was having a "psychotic break". That joke was the last straw for me, as someone who has experienced psychosis it's not a joke and this is NOT how to handle someone having an episode. The police need to investigate this grim place. There is a 'smoking area' outside and you have to pay for a smoking band priced at £1 - this is meant to go to charity. Cloakroom costs £1 also. If you are used to smart night clubs, this wouldn't be for you. However those that enjoy alternative music then this place is a good night out.
