When the car started beeping, I didn't understand what it meant, and the instructor grabbed the wheel without warning or explanation. In addition, some of the staff and the instructor were rude or impatient, which added to my anxiety and made it harder to focus on learning. This made me feel anxious and unsafe, and I didn't feel comfortable continuing the program so I didnt go back. For future students, it might help if istructors explain the cars alerts and sensors beforehand, and approach students with patience, so learners aren't surprised, anxious, or stressed out during lessons.

Not only did she make parallel parking understandable (to the point where I actually find it almost easy now) and taught me all the skills I needed to pass the road test, but she also diagnosed and helped me correct bad driving habits I'd acquired over the years. I'm a safer, more confident, more experienced driver thanks to her. I witnessed Donna around two other students. As with me, she was invested in their success and gave them her all. In addition to decades of experience teaching driving, she cares deeply about her students and takes real joy and pride as she helps them become good drivers. Donna is a fantastic driving instructor.
