I can't believe that they would try and pass this off as acceptable and just assume that the customer was dumb enough not to see it! I rejected it and asked them to redo the process again. I picked it up a few days later and the blotches are still there and the suit has lost its bright white color. I can't even find a replacement white linen suit anymore. I should have done a little more research before I settled for this place. Never again!

They asked me to come back later, assuming that they were going to find the clothes. I went back the next day, and they still had not found my clothes! I had to wait 10 minutes while the person looked for them. Eventually they found them, but it was very annoying. I am looking for a better dry cleaner in the area, but most of the reviews are dismal except for one. Will try that one next. P.S.
