This is a cleaners that I found close to me when I was looking for somewhere to get my comforter cleaned after my cat had an accident on it. This cleaners was the most highly rated one close to me. It is in the same shopping mall/strip mall as Shine Cafe. I don't have a ton of clothes or items that need to be dry cleaned. But since I came here the first time, I have been back 3 times. They cleaned my comforter two times and my goose down twice. They are very efficient and reasonably priced. They were able to get my stuff cleaned completely. When you go in, you are greeted like an old friend even if you haven't been there before. They get your stuff cleaned in the time that they say. This place is a great marriage of quality and cost. I went for the first time and was met by sassy spunky lady. She reminds me of an Italian grandmother (mind you she wasn't that old and I don't think Italian). She looked at my shirt and said "you haven't had these dryer cleaned in a while " (there were visible sweat stains on the collar). She gave me some crap in the best way possible hahah. She asked for 3 days and it would be ready. I picked it up 5 days later so I'm not sure on the timeliness of the work but I'm sure it was ready when she said. I recently tried Crystal Cleaners as my previous dry cleaner had gone out of business during the Covid-19 pandemic. I was debating whether to continue using them as they do not take credit/debit cards. I find that to be an inconvenience. I am most definitely never going to use them again and would not recommend them as they faded my GAP 1969 black jeans. I have been getting all of my clothes dry cleaned for over 20 years. This is in large part to maintain the color and quality of my clothing. I have been able to keep black jeans looking new for years because I bring all my clothes to dry cleaners. I have had these jeans dry cleaned once before by my previous dry cleaners once before without issue. Unfortunately, they are now ruined after bringing them to Crystal Cleaners. I went back to Crystal Cleaners to show them what happened and was told nothing can be done about the color and the jeans cannot be dry cleaned as per the tag. This was not the response I was looking for. Firstly, I know nothing can be done about the color, once Crystal Cleaners ruined them, that's it. As far as the jeans not being able to be dry cleaned, I expected to receive my jeans back the way I dropped them off. If that was not possible, I should have been contacted or apologized to at the beginning of the conversation. The owner did offer to reimburse me. However, I was already upset by the initial response, I politely declined and left the store. I will add the owners are generally nice and pleasant to speak with, but I just would not trust them with my clothes again. read more

I rarely use cleaners, but yesterday had a suit jacket of my son's that I absolutely had to have back by today so I used my map app to find one nearby. What a lucky find! I dropped it off around 3, and was told there'd be no problem having it done on time. The owner than pointed out a torn pocket I hadn't noticed and recommended a nearby tailor who could repair it quickly, told me where I could get buttons to replace all the ones my son had lost AND gave me a coupon to use for them, and initiated a pleasant conversation about my family, my son's boarding school, etc. Today when I went to pick it up, he saw me getting out of my car and got the jacket ready, greeted me by name (who DOES that anymore?), and gave me a discount unasked. He then recommended I check the thrift store for an inexpensive backup jacket since my son is obviously very hard on clothes. :) I rarely come across service so outstanding I feel compelled to write an immediate review. Excellent service and very fair pricing. I brought a pair of white linen pants in to dry clean and Louie advised me the stain wouldn't probably come out so it wouldn't be worth it. I gave him the pair of pants to throw away. When I came back to pick up my dry cleaning order, he had pressed out the pants and removed the stain. I insisted on paying him, but he wouldn't let me! When I called, he said he would have them ready for me the day I requested. Not only were they ready but he had them on a special hanger so nothing would get wrinkled.
