The appraisal value was way off compared to other evaluations, making it clear they didn't do their job accurately. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who is in need of an appraisal to any lenders, realtors, buyers or sellers STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I looked at a lot of them, and D Geller & Son stood out, partly for the military discount, but the real value turned out to be the service. I worked with Jake, though I'm confident anyone there would have delivered the same first class experience. Mind you, I don't live in Georgia. I'm on the other side of the country, so the entire thing happened over phone and text. Jake walked me through every step, was accommodating the whole way, and delivered exactly what I asked for.
