They have boarded and groomed my baby. Everyone is so good with her and she's never scared when I leave. Great local business.

First time having our dog stay here and overall it was a good experience. We told them our dog was…read morevery timid and they were kind enough to put her in their "quiet area." I was also worried about our dog potentially escaping but after walking through the facility, it doesn't really seems like that's even a possibility. We would definitely return to this place and honestly the prices here are pretty low. Oh and our dog shredded the blanket we left with her and they gave her one of their own blankets.

Future customers beware!…read more I didn't want to do this, but I don't want anyone else to go through this. We put our dog into boarding at Pine Ridge Pet Resort for 5 days. We put him there because we knew he wouldn't have been able to get out and run away. We felt safe with him there and thought they would treat him as their own. When we went and picked him up, we expected him to be excited to see us, that wasn't the case at all. The first thing that he did was run outside and go potty and he stood there for a good few minutes, like he had been holding it for a while. When we walked him out he looked wet but didn't really think about it until he went to put him in the car and he smelt horrible. After checking him out, he was covered in urine and feces!!!! We came home and called them and asked what the deal was, this was their response "We didn't want to get bit by him so we didn't give him a bath, and he sat under the bed the whole time" We asked "why did you think he was going to bite you? Was he growling or showing his teeth?" Their response" No, it was nothing like that". After it was all said and done, we finally got ahold of the owner and all she said was "I don't want my girls to get bit" and was cussing us out. So how in the hell do you think you are going to get bit by a dog if they are just laying under their bed shaking. He was freaking scared!!! I know exactly what he does when he is scared. He has never growled or shown his teeth to anyone. If he doesn't like someone, he we go and hide. Even if he were to growl, they should be trained to know what to do in that situation, like possibly muzzle him and not just let him sit in his own bodily waste! One picture is just for cuteness, the others are just the pictures of what he looked like after he was picked up. From the smell you could tell he had been sitting in it for days.
